    Im currently a tenant with this company and have now sought legal assistance. There are many, very serious structural issues with the home that we have been living in for the last few months, including water leaks, rat infestation, foundation issues, fencing issues, window issues, flooring issues, none of which have been addressed, and our safety and security are at risk in the home. Repeated emails and phone calls have done nothing, and so we are now going the legal route to try and make these repairs so that the home is appropriately livable for me and my family. Its really unfair that I discovered all of these issues after about a month or so of living in the home, and now a decent part of my day and time is dealing with those issues and trying to get them fixed. I did not sign up to be a Home contractor/ consultant when I leased this home. Nor did I sign up to live among rats, only to be told that it is my responsibility to get rid of them.

    WORST COMPANY EVER!!! RENTERS BEWARE!!! Do not rent from them. Read these reviews from people that are actually renting from them. Their maintenance department is a total joke!!! They repair little to nothing and tell you that the tenant is responsible for maintenance and repairs. The property owner has done more to replace/repair things on her own than the company has. Communication from ManageRENT Houses is practically non-existant. When you call or show up in-person there is some excuse and no one that can actually help is available or talks to you. I love Olivia, the front desk receptionist, she is the sweetest but is only a messenger. She can't do anything to actually help you, except listen and forward messages to people that do nothing with it. This company does not deserve Olivia, she is so much better than them. Worst rental experience by far!!! I don't understand how they stay in business. If they ever get their act together or become better, I will gladly update this review with better repesentation, but currently I have nothing positive to say about ManageRENTHouses, their manager, or their maintenance department because it has been nothing but problem after problem since my move-in date.

    First time I had a management company have the property owner call us and harass us for submitting a maintenance request. He even wanted to meet me somewhere to "discuss" why I would submit a request. Very threatening. Managerenthouses blamed me since I submitted the maintenance requests. They ended up having us pay for services when the vendor came out. Only responded when they heard "lawyer up". And it was just to tell me not to talk to the owner again (He called me and they provided him with my phone number). I hope Wojciech Kic shows up to court, doubt it though. To the owner that harrassed me and threatened me, text me and I'll give you my work address to come meet me to finish your "discussion" any day!

    Zero. Unprofessional and they do not care about your property or your business. As a renter I can’t believe anyone would use them. They will let your property rot easily and do nothing to reach out and let you know.

    We are confused by the review submitted by Ms. *******. First, we thank her for her annual lease renewals she has signed over the last 4 years. Our maintenance records reflect that Ms. ******* filed a request on the management company online portal for air conditioner repair. A tech was dispatched but apparently failed to resolve the ac problem. Another tech is being sent out to rectify the issue.

    If i could hive it a negative 3000 i would. I was supposed tp move into the property last Friday and literally an hour before the guy that was dragging his feet decided to ask for more information because he didn't like the rent history report. He was iffy from the get go but I ignored it. Now he's finding excuses not to refund my money deposit. Now I'm about to get a lawyer involved because they are stilling my deposit. Horrible service and has my realtor on hold every time she calls forever and when he finally answers he has an excuse to delay giving me my $1500 back. DO NOT , DO NOT rent from this company the are horrible and the president alic Wojciech has the worst bed side manner. He was extremely rude to my realtor amd kept giving us the run around to get my money back. The Real estate broker had to get involved and threaten to out a lien on the home it shook that snake because he started trying to send me my funds back but was still trying to send it to my realtor instead of me. I cant say it enough this company has snakes working for them and the president is the biggest one. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    Ms. ********* submitted a past rental history ledger that could not be verified. When she was asked to provide additional support for the information contained in the history, she refused. Managerenthouses.com, Inc.'s fiduciary responsibility to its homeowner client requires that such information be verified before agreeing to application approval. The funds tendered by Ms. ********* were received by MRH on Friday, April 12th. MRH could not refund the money to Ms. ********* until the funds had been established. The following week MRH attempted to refund the monies paid but was given faulty Zelle account information. All funds were refunded to Ms. ********* by Tuesday, April 16th when she provided an alternative Zelle account.

    Worst maintenance I have ever experienced. I put in a plumbing work order to fix a clogged sink on Saturday. They have an automated system that tells you they sent your work order to their vendor who will then make an appointment. Someone called me on Monday saying they would be there shortly. 2 guys show up and look at the sink. Say the disposal unit needs replacing. I know that's ** because the disposal works fine, the blockage is in the pipes beyond that. But they're gonna have to get approval for this work order. I have to wait for that and they'll call me to make another appointment. Tuesday passes. No call. I call the vendor on Wednesday and they tell me that the automated system just generates that response saying the work order has been sent out to them. They never received the work order and don't know who showed up on Monday! So I call the incredibly incompetent people at MRH.com and get the run around with their answering service that says they can't take messages or connect me with the maintenance supervisor. I have to put in another maintenance request via the online system. 5 days! No working kitchen sink or dishwasher! WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO WORK WITH!

    MRH managed five townhomes for 6 years. They did an amazing job. They never performed a job that didn't need done, maintenance/repairs were always done right and priced low, they were always responsive to calls/emails, I had no issues with reports, and they gave me no bad tenants. I have no complaints. There were several years when most of my units had no repairs performed because I had good long-term tenants that would contact me with issues first. When Hurricane Harvey hit, all my properties were flooded, Wojciech had them fixed them up quickly without me even paying for it, which was a godsend. They did file a lien on my property when I didn't pay, but that's what I deserved... lol. That work was done cheaply as well. I can say one time one of my units went without a tenant for 3 months, but I called them out of concern and they had it filled the next month. I really have no complaints actually. It was a pleasure dealing with them... or not, because you never had to. I attached what was a typical statement looks like, and it shows 11 months of rental income with nothing but management fees! Thanks Wojciech, I think you're the man!

    Totally rude man who owns and operates the company, was rude to me and my agent. The house even had excrement in the toliet and no power! But to top it off, I make way over the amount and my credit was over what they said they needed. No evictions issues period. I currently lease from a FBI agent. He refuses to give me a copy of my own credit report! WTF? I paid for it. I wish the owners of these houses looked at his reviews. But maybe it’s his daddy! Must be, because there is no way this man would be hired in the real world for doggie poop pick ups! I feel bad for the property owners if they aren’t his daddy!

    My application was denied because the amount I currently pay is lower then what they are charging. I’m relocating from Indiana so the living standards are different. Not to mention my income is well over 3 times the rental amount. I also feel like is discrimination!!!
