I moved in 08/24/23. To sign my lease I had to show proof of insurance and electricity, which I did provide. Starting that same day I addressed ALL CONCERNS with management Pricilla and Lauren. They took notes and advised to do work orders. 8/25/23 I started putting in work orders for the front door. I’m a single mother of 2 and the door was obviously kicked in before. They just painted over the cracks. There are 5 locks to just to keep the door closed, I can stick my hand completely through the doors bottom. There was a roach infestation that was obvious within the first 24 hours. The tile was cracked on the fire place, suspected mold through the vents and bathrooms. The foundation in the dining room was not leveled. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted the office in regard to the work orders mainly the front door for me and kids safety, and was told there are 120+ work orders that weren’t done already and I would have to wait. Octobers rent statement showed extra charges. When address, Pricilla in the office said the charge would be reversed. After being harassed to pay charges that I wasn’t responsible for by Lauren in the front office i did attempt to make the payment but my account was locked. I brought this to Lauren and Pricilla’s attention to which I was told to bring money order. I paid $1350 per money order to which was “lost” and not added to my account. I was threatened with eviction. I let them know that I had just found out I have a tumor in my head and wasn’t working full hours. And will repay the rent and November. I was again threatened that eviction had been filed. Understanding that i must still pay rent I made arrangements with Pricilla to which she told me eviction was already filed in November and I must get out. I attempted to make a payment for $2500 and my account was still locked. This property should be looked into for mistreatment. I have had rent come up missing, NOTHING has been fixed, and I have been harassed by office workers.Initial Complaint

This business is NOT responsive to any customer security concerns. I have repeatedly had my vehicles broken into and the only action they have taken is to hire a local patrol officer to "watch" the property.
