            On Thanksgiving 2024 me and my 74yr old grandmother dinned at Juliet’s. When the valet service brought us her vehicle they informed us that it was damaged while we were eating. They said it was damaged by a big tree branch but never offered to show us the branch in question. The back glass hatch was busted out and the back bumper had scratches from something hitting it. They told us they would pay for the damages and to take it to a shop we like and they will cover it. Plus give my grandmother a gift card to a place of her choosing. We asked to speak with the restaurant manager and the assistant Gm Angelina came out. She told us that she was informed of what happened and that it would be taken care of. We asked why we weren’t ever told by the restaurant before we left and mentioned to Angelina that she was the one who picked up our check and handled the transaction and never once mentioned what happened. She said she was just informed of this. Which didn’t make sense considering when she approached us she stated that she had been informed and not to worry and it would be fixed. We walked in with the valet service and they asked the host for Angelina and they went and got her. Most of the repair shop where closed to to the holiday and didn’t rep open until the following Monday. When we started getting quotes the valet guy told us as a gesture of good faith he would only be paying us $250. Valet services are required the carry the appropriate insurance and they refused to give us the information. Then Angelina told us they aren’t responsible since the valet is separate but Juliet’s hired the valet service so that makes them responsible as well as the valet service. Now both Juliet’s and the valet company are not returning or answering our calls. We have texted messages the day of the incident and the next day our vehicle would be fixed and not to worry. Now both parties are ignoring us. We want the the vehicle properly fixed by a refutable company.

            I had a graduation party that I planned to host at Juliet on August 12, 2022. I booked this reservation on May 23rd along with a $1750 deposit! I had attempted to contact the establishment since July 21st due to a family emergency and me no longer being able to have the party. It took me over a week to get in contact with someone! Long story short the owner said he processed my refund and it would take 10-20 days (never heard of that). It’s been longer than that and I still haven’t received anything even though I was told my refund was processed. He proceeded to tell me he would send me a copy of the receipt for an entire week, which he never did! I called him (the owner) and he hung up in my face and blocked my number! Who takes that long to just refund somebody especially for a this amount of time and that amount of money, for NO services. However I know this person owns other business’s around Houston and doesn’t have a good rep! (Warwick, 5015, etc) so I’m not surprised! But I am upset about my money and that I tried to allow other peoples experiences not affect my opinion.
