In 2023, I had my roof replaced by Refined Construction Services. The customer service was great! From start to finish, all of my concerns and questions were answered with professionalism. Kent was able to collaborate an inspection with my insurance adjustor/inspector and provided good communication of the steps needed to complete the project. I was notified in advance when material would be dropped off and when the crew would began to complete the project. The crew completed my roof in one day with cleanup and final inspection the following day. Efficient and prompt service! I referred a neighbor and was rewarded $300 through the referral program. If you need roof work, Refined Construction Services is the company to use! I will continue to use this company for any roof issues in the future!

Kent is Very professional! Excellent communication with insurance company. Great quality of estimate which could easily get approved by insurance. Overall very much satisfied with his work. I am a very satisfied customer. Kent was referred to me after my exhausted search by my Director at work. Kent with Refined Construction was a god send. I had roof damage after a hail and windstorm. He was patient, very knowledgeable, respectful and explained every step of the way. He also had a great team that worked with him to replace the roof. He is very customer oriented and I appreciated that. He helped me pick my color for the replacement and I absolutely love it. I would recommend Refined Construction over and over again. The service is impeccable. If you need a roof contact Refined Construction and ask for Kent. Thanks for a great job on my roof. Kent went the extra mile to inspect my roof 3 different times. He meet my insurance adjuster and inspection my roof twice. The adjuster said roof was not that bad and denied replacement. The roof started to leak and Kent came back out and once again looked at my roof and we decided to replace it. The team did a great job and took special care to avoid damaging my flowerbeds. A squirrel gained entrance to my attic and we could hear it in the attic. I called Kent to see if maybe a hole was left open and he sent his foreman out to check it out. He found where the squirrel was coming in and for a small fee he sealed up the spot. I would definitely recommend his company to anybody who needs roof replaced.Refined Construction Services Response

Kent and his team relieved us from our stress. As young home owners (23-24year olds) new the the home ownership life. Kent actually sat down with us and educated us on the knowledge that we lacked when it came to our claim for our roof. He went above and beyond to make sure our process went smooth and stress free. Our home in La Porte was hit by a major hail storm and I’m glad we chose Kent and his team to do our repairs properly. He would make sure that everything was running smooth and double checked and triple checked the installment he even did follow ups after the installment was done to insure everything was properly done and that we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend Kent to do any of your home repairs one hundred percent. I always refer him to everybody I see. He treated us like family when my spouse and I were lost and stressed through a tough time getting our home repaired. We have a larger than average property here in Spring with over 13,000 square feet of roof on it. Like many in the area, we had been struck by hail last year. I was impressed enough by the nice work Refined Construction had done on my neighbor’s property across the street that I called them to look at my property. After meeting with my insurance adjuster and being granted replacement of the roof and other damaged items, we eventually moved forward with Refined for the replacement and repairs. We had spoke to several contractors prior to doing so, though Kent with Refined had impressed us with his attention to detail and knowledge of the industry. The result is a beautiful new slate style shingle roof on our home that was handled with much care. We highly recommend them for such services!Refined Construction Services Response

We highly recommend using Kent ****** with Refined Construction Services. He replaced our roof on our Victorian House in the Heights. The team was professional, courteous, and the clean up afterwards was exactly what we wanted. The houses on our street are very close to each other, and Kent's team handled the proximity of that without any issues. The crew worked very efficiently and they were able to complete our job quickly. Kent was very responsive in our bid process and communication with us. I would highly recommend Kent Tipton at Refined Construction Services. I had some hail and storm damages to my roof which Kent noticed right away and recommended that I file a claim with my insurance company. Once we got the insurance company's approval and funding, Kent worked on my roof and he did a good job. He also saw other areas around my house that needed repair/replacement as a result of storm damage such as the A/C, gutter and window screen. He worked with the insurance company and other contractors to make sure all the problem areas were addressed and fixed/repaired accordingly. I recently had my roof replaced by the folks at Refined Construction Services and I would highly recommend them. I chose them because Kent was the least pushy and most courteous of the many that offered their services. Kent worked closely with the insurance rep to make sure they considered all damages. The work was done on time working around the weather to keep the house dry. The roof looks really good and the price was reasonable. I will definitely contact them for any future repairs.Refined Construction Services Response
