Customer complaint received February 8, 2023 stated sales representative promised and lied about what they were selling. They quoted a cost and add-ons, but the company is not giving the extra money or work, it has been 4 months. When he reached out to the corporate office, they told him they are auditing the salesperson because of his lies to other customers.
