1 starIf I could leave no stars I would. This company is a joke. Every time I try to call and get someone to come out and fix my solar panels, they say they are shorthanded my panels have not been producing since November 2024, honestly since I've had them installed, they have not been working. they keep saying they are going to give me a check for the electricity that I am missing out for the solar panels and still nothing. They say they do an evaluation of the panels to see how they are producing, if they did that, they would see that they have not been consecutively working since we got them. I cannot even provide a review about the service because the installation has been ridiculous. If I had known that this would take longer than 5 months to complete, I would have never begun the process. I felt like I must have been the first customer, and that they are trying to figure things out as they go. There is no communication if I don't figure out who to reach out for. There is no consideration of my time/schedule, not all the installers gave me a sufficient heads up of their arrival or departure (once they left my garage door open because they left before I could even get there after he gave me a pop-in visit). Not sure when I will start paying for this fiasco (or how much I totally owe). Please don't be like me and fall for the okey-doke. The (winter) utility bills that I was hoping to avoid by signing up for this tragedy have not been avoided. Luckily the power didn't go out this season because the back-up batteries attached to the still not available solar panel system that I thought that I would have to save me still aren't up and running yet.TriSMART Solar LLC

I understand we all have jobs to do, but I believe when we get that job done it needs to be done with honesty and integrity. At trusted your employee Hunter *****. I welcomed him into my home and he sat in my living room and heard how Zenith ripped me off and let me out to dry when they installed my panels. He swore up and down that TriSmart Solar was different that he could not believe how they could do that to people. He showed me how Zenith did not give me enough panels (which was 16). Highest bill I got was $200, lowest bill I got was $30. On top of my solar panel bill $114. Let me share with you I have a 3 bed 2 bath home and it is just me and my son. roughly 1600 sq ft. He goes on to tell me I am in need of 17 more panels and promises me no more electricity bill. I now have a total of 33 panels on my home. Still have an electricity bill, and now two solar panel payments. Annnnnnnd to top it all off, he also promised me I would not have issues selling my home (as i made him aware i was going to be doing) and now i am stuck with having to pay $55k for the new panels plus the $20k for my old panels before I sell my home. When I suspected i would be having problems with this if I sold, he goes to promise me 3 free months. OH HES GOOD, RIGHT! I should've went with my gut. He earned my trust in him and in this company to make a sell and get his commission. He promised me anything i ever needed i could contact him. **crickets** Oh but did i get a message from his assistant to refer TriSmart business to others. I most certainly will never refer. TriSmart makes it very clear they do not care for people. They come in, gain your trust, and make empty promises. I want out of this lease. I share that with TriSmart, they say sorry we cannot help you. You need to talk to your financial provider. Amazing job TriSmart! At a way to wash your hands clean of any problems you have caused. Dear TriSmart Solar Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a breach of agreement by your sales representative, Aaron *******, who sold me a solar panel system in El Paso, Texas. I had my solar panels installed in September 2024 based on his representation that I would receive a $2,000 rebate for the first year. However, to date, I have only received $400, leaving a balance of $1,600 still unpaid. Despite multiple follow-ups and waiting patiently for over six months, I have yet to receive the remaining rebate as promised. I also want to bring to your attention that I have text message evidence from Aaron ******* confirming and promising that I would receive the full $2,000 rebate. This proves that I was deliberately misled, and this situation is unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. If I do not receive the remaining rebate, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against both TriSmart Solar and Aaron ******* for misrepresentation, breach of contract, and potential fraudulent business practices. Additionally, I am prepared to file formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if this issue is not rectified. On a positive note, I want to acknowledge that TriSmart Solar has great customer service and a team that is genuinely willing to help. I hope this issue can be resolved in the same professional manner that I have come to expect from your company. Please provide me with a written confirmation that you will honor the agreed-upon rebate and send the remaining balance. I was also sold and fell for this company because I was looking to save money on my energy bill and do my part for the environment !! But I have been totally unhappy with this company and what they sold me!! And I’m even more disappointed I fell for the lies they served me!! I have had my panels for about three years now but they have NEVER SAVED ME MONEY THEY HAVE JUST COST ME OVER 30,000. Dollars!! Plus electric bills that are actually higher than when I got my solar panels!! They told me at the first year to be patient that they would review my solar situation in three years(which they have not done) And reevaluate what I have!! But they haven’t and I have since been gone with another solar company and had more panels put on my house and a battery added. Which I don’t know if that was the right thing to do either now I have an additional 40,000 added on For a house I paid 85,000 for!! So I believe all solar companies are probably just out to screw us! That’s my opinion, of course but so far the taste is really bad in my mouth with Solar companies!! Tri Smart tried telling me they were sorry that obviously the salesman and the engineers that looked at my roof and my situation obviously didn’t sell me enough Solar to begin with and that’s why I was having the issues I’ve been having with that being said, I added an additional 13 panels in December 24, to the 15 panels TriSmart sold me and my electric bill has been 0 for two months now!! BUT I’m paying $394.a month in solar payments versus $100 a month in electric bill that I used to pay before I fell for all of this!! Not to mention a 30 year note on each solar companies!! And as it’s been said, I believe they just target older people. I am now retired and on a fixed income a very low income. Imight add not even 2000 a month so I paid my house off early so that my retirement wouldn’t be so painful, but Solar payments has taken care of that little bit of relief I was hoping for now !I WWYO?!TriSMART Solar LLC

The TriSMART crews have all been great. They came out before Christmas and put 54 solar panels on the roof. It took a day because it was such a large system. The crew that came back in February to connect the batteries were amazing. Even though one has worked for TriSMART only 3 months, another has only worked 1 month and one was his first day, the 3 workers had not been a team until that morning and were so in sync with each other they looked like they had worked as a team for 10 years. The system was fully installed in just one day. A few days later a man came and connected all the batteries and controllers to the internet and after firmware updates the batteries were up and running with their great led light rings. The solar system is now up and running and supplying my house with 94%-99% of the electric supply coming from the solar panels and very little from the grid. Even on cloudy days the solar panels provide 94% of the power for 24 hours. I look forward to having the full system set up with my new electric company and locked in electric rate but it has been a relief just knowing that if the grid power goes off the battery will switch on instantly and provide power for essential lights, outlets and appliances like refrigerator and freezer.TriSMART Solar LLC

TriSmart LIED to me!!!!!!! They knew I had an energy efficiency home…My bill was never over $100…They seen my bill and FLAT OUT TOLD ME I COULD SAVE MONEY!!! All I had to do was sign up with ******* Energy to get the buy backs… ******* Energy stated that they don’t offer that program…So now I’m stuck with a energy bill that higher than my energy bill before these solar panels…To top that off I’m stuck with these solar panels that I’m paying $169a month plus the energy bill….. **** ********* ***** **** ***** *** * ***** *** ***** **** ** * ***** *** *****”!!!!
