  Seahawk Storage Lot, LLC left a green note on our Jeep Cherokee Sport. Saying that we had to get in touch with our apartment complex office are we would be towed. The next day we went to the office and they told us to take the note off the Jeep and they would talk to them about not towing the car. So we took the not off the jeep like they said. The next day when I went to my car I noticed the Jeep had been towed away. We told the ****** ** *** ******** ** ******* in Spring Texas about it and finally they told us that we would not be charged and we had to wait to get our Jeep because of paper work that had to be done. Then on Oct 20, 2022 the office called us at 9:15 am and told us to pick our car up at the Storage Lot by 12:00 pm our we would half to pay the Tow charge of around 365 dollars. We Got there around 10:00 am and the tow truck we called was there but we couldn't pick it up because the tow truck driver that was suppose to pick the Jeep up didn't have all his paper work needed to get the Jeep. That made us call another tow truck and it didn't come in time before 12:00pm. We shouldn't have to pay the towing and storage lot fees that add to 365 dollars because it was not suppose to be taken from the apartment in the first place.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
  
  Addendum to the original BBB complaint - The leasing office at approximately 9:30 am on Oct.,20 told us we had by 12:00 to pick up are car. They did not specify pm or am. After not being able to get are car by 12:00 pm (which we thought was the time limit), I spoke to the leasing office staff, (Chase) the next day. I was informed that if the car had been picked up before 12:00am according to the agreement they had come to with storage company who had released our vehicle without towing or storage fees we would be responsible only for future storage fees. Chase contacted the storage and was told that because we did not pick up the car before 12:00am all fees dating back to original date of tow of Oct.,14 are now due even though the vehicle was released without tow fees and storage fees accrued from Oct.,14 through Oct.,20. I requested a copy of the document/s from the leasing office detailing the agreement but was not provided one.
