            I am frustrated and disappointed with ibummerang because they keep charging a membership fee for 4 months($99/month) starting in June 2022 even though I never signed up for a membership. They only would refund 3 months of fees. And on December 6th the STILL are charging me a membership fee even though my entire account has been disabled and they said I would no longer be charged a fee beginning in October. Plus they are now charging an additional fee of $49 on December 6th, 2023 as well. I emailed ibummerang on Nov 11th and they have not responded. I am requesting $247 refunded($99+$99+$49) to me by 12/31/2022.

            I was brought into the company under the cover of it being a coaching collaboration. It is not, it is an MLM travel agency. I admit I jumped too soon without doing my research, but I am willing to take the initial loss for my mistake. When I spoke to team leaders about wanting to quit, they discouraged me, of course they did, they get a cut of what I am charged. I wasn't listened to. I attempted to contact customer service for cancellation which is non-existent after you actually click on it. The company doesn't want you to quit, it wants you to keep paying monthly fees and buying their travel packages. 'Coaching' is aggressive and counterproductive. I changed my debit card and they still were able to take money out of my account as unauthorized payment. My bank is investigating them now. Please stay far away from this company, they recruit with untruths and the leaders get rich by squeezing money out of places they have no business being. Thank you.
