      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misleading Prime Membership and ********************** at Next Level ************* To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the profoundly misleading and unprofessional experience I have encountered at Next Level *************. As a paying Prime member, I was explicitly promisedboth by marketing materials and by your sales representativethat I would have access to walk-in appointments and be seen by a physician within five minutes of arrival. This assurance was a significant factor in my decision to enroll in your premium membership.However, the reality has been shockingly different. I have been waiting for over an hour without being seen, and there is no indication that this situation will change anytime soon. This experience represents a blatant misrepresentation of your service offeringwhat was advertised and verbally guaranteed was clearly a falsehood designed to secure business under false ************ exacerbate the matter, the front desk staff, particularly the receptionist on duty, displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, which is completely unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone a medical facility where empathy, courtesy, and professionalism should be foundational.This level of service is not only a breach of trust, but it also calls into question the integrity and operational standards of your organization. Promising expedited care and then failing to deliverwhile treating clients with indifferenceis not just poor service, it borders on deceptive business practice.I strongly urge potential clients to approach with caution and demand full transparency before committing to any form of membership. Empty promises, long wait times, and unprofessional staff interactions are not what one should expect when entrusting their health and time to a premium service provider.

      I am lucky to give Next Level Urgent Care one star. I want to ********* location and was misdiagnosed and had to consult another physician. Not to mention they are still deducting $50 from my account each month without permission and without advising me that this would be deducted. I shared this with my mom and she had been there a few years back, absolutely awful service and will never go back again. She has found Dispatch Health, they come right to the house and they do not make her wait 4 hours and then tell her to come back. This is not an urgent care, it is a clinic that takes appts so you just have to wait no matter how sick you are. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!!!!

      The first provider who treated me was amazing. She prescribed me with a pain medication for my broken toe. The medication was effective but it gave me an adverse reaction unfortunately. I got a rash on my face and extreme pruritus. I called in to get a different pain medication and was prescribed a lower class anti inflammatory that did nothing for my pain. I called in again and was told that I had to wait (in pain) until my appointment with a specialist. I’ve never had a provider tell me that I could not get anything for my pain and to sit and wait for days until I spoke to a specialist. I can understand why this business has an F rating. Very low class, unprofessional, and incompetent staff. Do not go here for treatment for anything! They don’t care and will literally suggest you deal with your pain because they are too incompetent to offer any additional help or assistance even though they tell you to reach back out if you need additional help.

      I have visited Next Level on two separate occasions and they had me in and out in less than an hour, including tests and an xray both times. I had little to no wait in the waiting room and the staff were all extremely kind. I was very pleased with the service I’ve received at both locations, Kingwood and Tanglewood.
      Their prime coverage is also one of a kind, and my family and I are very thankful for it.

      I am so grateful for this top notch clinic. I use them whenever I have an urgent medical need and. I can’t get into my Family Physician. For strep and ear infections that often plague me during allergy season.To trips and broken toes and sprains. I am always seen quickly , efficiently and with the utmost respect and care. I love the convenience of the app to schedule my appointment and walk straight in to a room when they text me they are ready for me. Limiting my exposure to illness and able to stay comfortable in my own surroundings. They truly have thought of patient care as a priority, not an afterthought.

      This company is a money maker. They're not interested in your experience, whether it was good or bad, or if their behavior is appropriate. If they can't be sued, they do not care. They sent me medications through whatever pharmacy they have a contract, and took their money October 24. (I have receipts) Never hear from them, never received tracking, nothing. Today, October 31st I find a soggy dirty box in my front door. I don't know when it was shipped or when it arrived, but I do know the refrigerated container is room temp, warm really in this Houston muggy weather. I call to tell them I have no plans to take unrefrigerated medicine that has an FDA stamp that warns to keep it refrigerated! Their answer was "manufacturer says you can take it even if it was at high temp. Go ahead and take it. If you don't want to take it we can send you another one but you have to pay again." These people are running a scam, they're grifters, they're thieves and cheats. Buyer BEWARE indeed! Please, please, please, protect yourselves and avoid these crooks!

      Staff at Sienna Next Level has always been good however getting someone to give u results of test is impossible.

      This has happened twice in last month.

      Next Level has gone down in contacting patients.
      They used to call you with results. Portal is a joke. Mine has not been updated in a year.
      I guess I will be looking else where. It’s a shame cause staff at Sienna is great.

      My husband I both visited a Next Level Care in Houston. The Dr's were great but the customer service and billing departments are terrible. They couldn't figure out how to summit charges to Medicare and Blue Cross. When I called and I even had Blue Cross call for me. They just kept sending statements and said they were going to a collection agency. I called everyday, they said it would take a week for someone to even look at it. Now Blue Cross shows our bills paid. Now receiving threatening bills from collection agency. Horrible!! I don't have time to deal with this!

      Kingsland Clinic.
      Customer service at the front desk has the ability and compromise to humiliate its customers.
      They cannot help with anything about a customer checking - in, apparently, no matter what your age or present condition at the moment of ask for help or service.
      On top of that they can freely give judgement of who you are and what are your capabilities.
