              Was offered a quote for **** ********* which I was told explicitly would not result in a hard credit pull. I confirmed before providing it would not result in a hard pull and was told it would not. The salesperson used my information for a credit application that resulted in multiple hard pulls without my consent. When I contacted the company to reach out to credit agencies to take responsibility for submitting an application without my consent so the inquiry could be removed from my credit, they refused

              Purchased a Ford F150 from Ultimate Motorsport in late October. Called the salesman Joey ******* a few times to ask the status of the trucks registration, plates, and inspections sticker. I was assured I would receive everything well before the expiration date on paper plates. Expiration date came and went with nothing received from Ultimate Motorsport. I then called to speak to their customer service manager, Dan, to voice my concern. I was asked to leave a voice mail and never received a return call. As of December 30th, I've yet to receive the registration, plates, or inspection sticker. Also, because I work on a federal base, I'm unable to enter the site until I have valid inspection sticker and license plate. Ultimate Motorsport was very helpful and courteous during the sale of the truck; however, no communication or help after the sale. I won't be returning to this dealership for any future purchases. I also will be letting all my family and friends in the Houston area know to steer clear of this place.
