    I sent over 200.00 to him (finance manager) thru my cashapp and he told me that if I was approved that I wouldn't get the money back because it was the down payment but I found out from the bank that financed us that their was no down payment!!!!, they financed it 100%. I have asked him over and over again to refund our 200.00 and we still have not received it. My husband has messaged him and asked for the refund and no response. But he will answer about anything else EXCEPT that 200.00. He also said that the windows were messed up and that he was going to have them fixed before they shipped it to us. My husband told him that he could fix it just send the window parts so that we didn't have to wait any longer for the truck So we received the truck yesterday after a 4 day wait (fault of the shipping company).... But when we received it, their were no parts in the truck as promised, and the passenger door won't open from the inside, the lock and unlock button doesn't work on the same door. The blower motor for the heat and air is squeaking and that means it is going out, it needs a new blower motor, and he said that he could not replace that, only the door locks and window motors. We want everything to be fair and all we wanted was for him to send our 200.00 back, send the blower motor and the parts to fix the passenger door and the window motor for the back window as well. But no response. This is ridiculous! I did not include his name but he knows exactly who he is and who we are!! We have been extremely patient, understanding, and kind. But our patience and kindness has worn thin! There's no reason for this. It's a simple request. Just cashapp us our money ASAP, and send us the parts in the mail or Fed Ex/UPS. SIMPLE! If u want that rating you were talking about, just do what you are supposed to do.

    I bought a 2005 Lincoln Towncar from him for $12,000 on 10/20/2022. By the next Monday, 10/24/2022 the check engine light came on stating I need to replace my catalytic converters. He told me I didn’t need to and to just replace an O2 sensor. I had the converters look at the converters and both have them were HOLLOWED OUT. Once I texted him and let him know, he blocked me. I had to contact him on TWO different phones today because he STILL hasn’t paid off my Malibu after a week. He has refused to accept any responsibility.y experience sounds just like everyone’s else’s. He ensured me EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ON IT. The day I got it home his delivery driver and I noticed the handle was broken. He zelled me $50.00 for it. He has chosen to block my phone number when I start pointing out everything that’s wrong with the vehicle after only having it for a week, lying to me about passing the emissions test, not calling the finance company leaving me liable for that car also not sending me the title, I will be taking further action. Texas does not have a lemon law for used cars but they do have one specifically for dealerships stating that selling a vehicle with any tampered emissions controls is unlawful and can enforce a fine up to 25 thousand dollars. The only exceptions to this law is if the car is 25 years OR OLDER OR if it’s two years old or newer. I practically begged him to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle before I bought it and he said absolutely NOTHING. I asked if it passed emissions and he said yes. I asked why it wasn’t on the Carfax and he said because he didn’t report it (actually that he didn’t have to report it). I believed he did this because I traded in a 2020 Chevy Malibu with more value than said car. Also being the fact that you’re in TX and I’m in Louisiana. You took advantage of me and you KNEW it. My family and I will be taking legal action if some sort of settlement is not made available.

    Good morning regarding this complaint …there was absolutely no issue with this vehicle at all we even drove this lincoln to her address in lake Charles meaning that we drove this Lincoln for almost over 200 miles from where we are at and there was no issue with it …also concerning about her vehicle been paid off we delivered the car to her on Friday and she expected us to pay the car off the same day which wasn’t possible …her title was FedEx to her the following week and she had the title in her position we do have tracking number that she does have her title and also we went back to lake Charles and I went and into her bank and paid off her car personally so there would be no delay so we did everything that we were supposed to do nothing was done wrong in her deal … her car was paid in full within less than 7 days of her trading it in and het title was FedEx to her the following week and again there was absolutely nothing wrong with The car she purchased if there was something wrong then why would be driving this vehicle to her I even have the video of the car that I send her prior to her buying this
