      Purchased a 145. It came damaged with multiple spots on it where the white had different shade colors. The seal also did not close all the way. Tried to contact customer support to return it and never heard back from them. I even took pictures and sent them in. I continued to call but nobody answered. I even sent in pictures. I was finally able to get in touch with them and they said that I was past my 30 day window by a few days and could replace it. I do not want another replacement as they make terrible products and I don’t want to spend $500 on it. They have terrible customer service. Just return their malfunctioning product and please give me my money back.

      Do not buy from this company! Took money and never shipped cooler and trying to contact them is useless. Wish I had read all the bad reviews before giving them my money so all I can do now is try to contact bank to try and stop payment.

      After ordering & buying dozens of RTIC products, I finally ran into an issue where I needed customer support. I knew my product was past the warranty & all I wanted to do was order parts needed to fix it myself. Well I was told they don’t sell the parts I needed & I could always order another one if I’d like. This cooler was a preorder so when I finally received it, it was going into the winter months of 2020 so it wasn’t used. Then late January of 2021 I landed in the ICU with Covid-Pneumonia & spent more than half the year on oxygen. Even after I got off oxygen, I was still in no shape to go anywhere so I was unable to use the cooler until this year 2022 & that’s when it barely lasted a couple months. I didn’t expect a replacement, or anything free! All I wanted to do was order a new lid & whatever hardware I’d need to fix it myself & was told they don’t sell them & they would gladly sell me a new cooler if I’d like. No, I don’t want a new one when this one only lasted a few uses. So needless to say, I would have second thoughts on ordering anything if you ever think you’d need customer support from them down the road if you have an issues with a purchase that falls out of warranty.

      I ordered a cooler and 2 tumblers in a Saturday and chose the correct shipping to have it delivered by Thursday so I’d have it by time I left for vacation on the following Saturday. On Wednesday I still had not received any shipment notifications so I contacted RTIC. The first CS rep I talked to said there was an issue on there end and management was expediting all orders. I asked when would I receive mine and she said maybe by Friday. I got my tracking info about an hour later via email and it shows I would be receiving on Saturday, the day I leave for vacation and I wouldn’t be here to receive it. Defeated the whole purpose of ordering it now I have to go buy a another cooler locally to take on vacation with me. I live chatted with another CS rep and I asked how did this happen and voiced my dissatisfaction with it and she disconnected from our chat. Basically hanging up on me. I called later to speak with a CS manager and the CS rep I spoke with said “so what’s your issue” after I explained the whole situation. No care in the world was given. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he would have to forward my name and number to one. I have yet to receive a call back and it’s been over 24hrs. This company used to have great CS a few years back which is why I ordered from them. But after this and reading these reviews over the last 2 years, it appears they have gone down hill real fast. Don’t buy from RTIC.

      Terrible company. Contacting customer service is the worst experience. I received an email the day after I ordered saying it had shipped. The order was expected in 4 days. When it didn't arrive, I clicked on the email saying it shipped, and it still had the same thing...that it had shipped. I tracked the number with FedEx and it had not shipped, only the label had been created. I did live chat 6 days later and was told to check the status end of business day the next day. I checked both Rtic website and FedEx. Rtic had shipped and FedEx had label created. Then 1 week passed and I tried calling customer service but after 20 minutes was disconnected. Then tried chat. After 32 minutes was disconnected. Then I called again and after 30 minutes I reached someone. She was nice enough but no help. She said they usually ship the next day. She went to talk to a manager while I was on a "brief hold". Manager said it's been loaded onto the truck but still at the company. I tried to cancel my order but was told it's not possible because it's sitting in the truck. They did take the money out of my bank account when I received the email saying it shipped. I was told that they and many other businesses do this. I have never paid for anything before it shipped. This company is a joke and a rip off. I am now reading all of the horrible reviews. Don't rely on their website reviews because they're great and probably fake. Save yourself some grief and spend a bit more and get a Yeti or other comparable cooler. My next step is to contact my bank and see if they will stop payment but it's probably been too long.
