      I was offered the HomeWater service, and I was told that I can cancel it anytime. Technician supposed to install 2 filters under sink on the kitchen. In three months, after replacement filters were delivered, I discovered that two filter boxes were installed by technician, but only one contained the filter. So, for 3 months water was not filtered properly and the whole family including small kids were drinking unfiltered water. I called to the HomeWater and they gave me 3 months of credit for the service that was not done properly. With the new filters water still smelled terrible, like chemicals. I called and requested to cancel the service. After countless hours of conversation, they said that I am under contract for 5 years, although this is NOT TRUE! The manager, Nicole Whitting said that she will review phone conversation that was recorded during my order and will send me email. She really did and email stated that I have WARRANTY on unit for 5 years. But as far as I understand - the warranty it is obligation from the company side, NOT the contract to keep service for 5 years. Also, company recently had created the new web site and ATTACHED the contract to my account few months after I requested the service. On my opinion the HomeWater is deceiving customers with the quality of the product and the quality of the service. I want the service to be disconnect immediately. I do not want my family to get sick due to quality of the water and I do not want to pay for 5 years on contract that completely was made up by the company few months after service started and does not have my signature on it.
