    I paid Weddings Unlimited $645.00 as a deposit for my wedding. This was over 8 months in advance for our wedding. During this time we received several contracts that we had already completed. This promoted suspicion on the behalf of my future wife and I. I called the owner in attempt to find a resolution for a full or partial refund, but I was met with excuses about prior work being completed for the wedding, thus the deposit was used for the work that had been done, and no refund could be issued. However, I believe no work has been done, and the owner / company is preying on couples / individuals to accept that answer and forfeit the deposit made. Due to the wedding being planned so far in advanced, to lock down the desired roles required for their company to fulfil, it would be impossible to schedule a DJ, Photographer, or videographer. So I ask, what work has been done ? Why would I not be granted the full or partial refund ? I believe this company is a financial risk for all involved, customers, owners and investors. My biggest regret is not looking more thoroughly through their history prior to booking their services.

    List of issues are below. 1. Assigned a different photographer on the day of the wedding and they did not forward the communication I'd had with the previous photographer to the new so he did not have the shot list. 2. Assigned a different DJ on the day of the wedding and they did not forward the playlist I'd given to the previous DJ to the new so she played music at the reception for the first 1-2 hours that was not on my list. It wasn't until she was asked about my playlist that she revealed she didn't have one, so I gave her my phone which had the playlist that Weddings Unlimited had me prepare. 3. The DJ played the entirely wrong song for the groom's processional and it was off theme with questionable lyrics. I was in the bride's suite so I did not hear it and no one knew the name of the song so I'm unable to list it here. 4. It took 56 days and numerous emails for the photos from the DIGITAL photobooth to be sent out. 5. I emailed Weddings Unlimited a couple days after the wedding to advise them about the photobooth and to complain about the playlist and groom's processional, but they have yet to offer an explanation. As of today, it has been 38 business days since the initial email I sent. 6. The day after the wedding, Weddings Unlimited emailed me to say that we could expect the wedding photos (not photobooth) in 30-45 business days. On day 29, they emailed to say that they are running behind and it will be up to ANOTHER 30 days. Of course, they did not specify if this was business days. The reason given was "unforeseen and unfortunate serious events within our offices, coupled with the holidays and an exceptionally busy season".
