    My car need a tune up and the engine light was on. **** **** put it on the machine and stated my spark plugs was missing. I took my car to pit stop and told him what I needed. The pit stop worker or Mgr said before you pay $500 for a tune up let us take a look to see what's really wrong. I agreed. I left my number. I called 3 times through out the day. Before closing I called and they said they gave me a tune up but could not get the light off. I would have to go to the dealer. They did not have permission to start repairing my car until I gave them permission to do so. I picked up my car and it shakes and drives real bad. Please do not take your foreign car over there.
