  I’m still waiting on parts ordered in 2019. Don’t buy anything but if you have been scammed by Titan customs or any of its affiliate companies contact Harris county sheriff department ask for detective Paul *******.   Tried to order exhaust from Titans Customs, spent a lot of money. Kept being told it was in backorder. Eventually it turned into no one responding to emails or returning phone calls. By that time, it was too late for the bank to get involved. It's probably been 3-4 years since that happened...that's one hell of a "backorder". Also the responses they post on Google reviews should tell you everything you need to know.

  Placed an order for a Mustang Seat on 6/28/23. Heard back from the woman who answers the phones and she told me that the seat was on backorder from Mustang but would be available in 2-4 weeks. I have emailed and called multiple times each month with no resolution. I did talk to the woman again back in September and she told me she would get back to me with an update but never did. I did finally get an email response from Chris ****** (Owner?) on Sept. 20th with the promise to again get me an update and/or refund the $720 that was charged to my CC back in June. No follow up to date. I was in Houston on business last week and actually drove to the facility in Tomball to try and resolve this mess. No surprise that the facility was locked with no one there. Clearly, by most of the comments on this site and others, this seems to be the standard of how they do business...

  total scam company, i ordered $1400 wheel in April, was told w/b 6-8 weeks. after 3 months, they told me i could cancel the order. I cancelled and now still no refund, almost 9 months later. I have filed with BBB, they refused to respond, i have now filed in small claims and the TX Constable is trying to serve it on them and there is no one at the building to accept. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a COMPLETE BUYER BEWARE.. Why no one has gotten them shut down is beyond me. My next stop is to the TX attorney general! The ONLY reason they get 1 start is you cannot leave a comment with 0 stars

  This business is a total scam. As far as I can tell they have an an answering service but they can’t help you. Purchased a seat from them and they never shipped it. It’s been since April and now they refuse to give me my money back. They need to be shut down!!!

  Ordered Harley parts from TCC totaling about $700. After transaction, they said shipment in 4-7 days. 6 weeks later and 3 emails requesting information on status of order/shipment, no response from this company. I was charged twice for one of the items. Email from company company said my bank card was refunded. Only a portion of that double charge shows on bank statement. I am working with the bank to verify this. After reading multiple reviews I would, under no circumstances, recommend doing business with this company. I do not understand how or why they are permitted to remain in business legally. I will work with the bank/CC to see what options are available at this point.

  This place is a scam and not a legitimate business. They should be shut down. They took my money and would not ship my item. Customer service kept telling me lies for months. I eventually had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

  Buyer beware!!! Company never responds to email or phone messages. There is an answering service that can do nothing for you. Is this company even in business now? I will never place an order with them again.

  Placed my order on May 5, 2023 and the order said shops in 4-7 days. After 6 days I reached out and heard from Laurie M., Manager, who said the order should go out the next day. 7 days later I still have not received a shipment notice. I called and left a voicemail and sent an email. 2 days later and NO RESPONSE. Looks like I have to file a complaint and try to get my money back ??
