If you're not 100% satisfied with the style, color, or quality of your blind, shade or shutter, we'll work with you to make it right.
Simply contact us within 30 calendar days after your window covering arrives and we'll walk you through returning your order. We'll send a replacement of equal value at no additional charge. If a replacement would not correct your issue, we'll happily give your money back.
If you'd like a replacement specifically for color, we'll help you order a free sample of your product in the new color. After you receive the sample and you know you'll love it, contact us and we'll send your replacement window covering. If your remake increases in cost due to a new product, option selection or color chosen, you will only pay the difference in the price between your old and new window covering. Depending on the size of the window covering or the shipping location, a shipping fee could be required.
You must have received your product to qualify for this policy and it is required that the unwanted blinds be returned or donated prior to issuing a replacement or refund. Reach out to us before donating or returning your window covering. Prior authorization is required for returns. Verification may be required for a donation. Photos of the received product that are not working for your window covering needs may be required to better assist in getting the correct reorder. Limit one replacement or refund per product; limited to 10 items per household per lifetime.
Commercial orders*, draperies, drapery hardware, light blockers, out-of-recommended specification orders, all products labeled as “Quick Ship”, and shutters purchased through our In-Home Shutters program are not included in this satisfaction guarantee.
