Horrible delivery. They always claim it's tied up in customs because its coming from Mexico. They say you will receive it next week but next week never comes. Don't order from them they say easy ordering but you never seem to get it.Just Blinds, LP

We ordered motorized for $1500. They sent us the wrong color, they told us the replacement was in production but it never arrived. While waiting for the color replacement, one of the blinds stopped working. We were told THAT replacement was in production, but it never arrived. Since then they have stopped responding and we have have not been reimbursed or had any replacements. It has now been almost a year since we first placed the order. Steer clear of these scammers. Terrible customer service, and the products are even worse. Take your money elsewhereJust Blinds, LP

We needed just one cellular shade, to replace a 12 year old damaged one. The one we selected, after comparing several free samples, is almost a perfect match, and we are very pleased with it. The problem was that it required 4 brackets instead of the 3 for the previous shade. We carefully installed the new brackets, but were not able to get the blind to clip into them. We, and eventually our handyman, tried several adjustments and installment methods, but none would allow all 4 brackets to clip in simultaneously. We ended up removing 2 brackets, and just using two. The blind seems perfectly well attached, but I wish there had been more specific attachment instructions, a warning about being 'exact' in bracket placement, and perhaps a suggestion that not all brackets were essential for wider shades.Just Blinds, LP

Please note that for wider shades, additional brackets are required to prevent sagging and telescoping of the shade. Terrible experience. Had old cellular shades from them that I wanted to replace with roller blinds. Sent them the measurements of the cellular shades to and the salesperson created an order for the new roller blinds based off that. The new blinds came and they won't fit on my window. Called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do even though it was their error in the first place, so now I'm stuck with $400 of useless blinds. Warning, Do not order from this company. Ordered 3 blinds from this company, sent me the wrong size. Would not issue a refund or credit. Hung on me several times refused to resolve the problem. Stuck with blinds i can not use. They are worthless to me..Just Blinds, LP

Great product so far. Time.will tell on how they hold up. Installation was fairly easy, although the instructions could use some wording for clarity (manageable though). Shipping, once it left the drop, was iffy. My blinds (set of 3) were estimated for approximately 2 weeks in transit. The day they were due to be here, the shipping company edited for another 4 days out. Two days later, the estimated arrival time was removed and not filled back in. Overall shipping transit time was a little under a month. Appreciated that I could walk through a simple format for ordering what I needed, and I'm happy with the product so far.Just Blinds, LP

We have done business with this company for about 2 years with no problems until now! 1. Ordered the blind that my client wanted on a Thursday. 2. Got notification 4 days later that the blind that I built on their site could not be built with the hand lift option (even though the site allowed for that option) and that I needed to make it automated. 3. I called the number that they left and the operator informed me that it was going to cost an additional $235.00. 3. I already had our client sign a contract for us to supply and install this blind, leaving me to pay the amount extra. 4. Tried to reason 2 times to the company about how this debacle is not my fault but their fault, since the website allowed me to build the blind and even took my payment for the blind that I built. 5. They would not do ant discounts or try to make me (the customer) happy! NOPE, just pay the difference and have a nice day! In conclusion this company is no different than the other companies out there that have gotten to big, and really don't care a lick about customer service! Good thing that there are other companies out there who offer the same thing, which is window coverage broker! 1 and done for this company....too bad!Just Blinds, LP
