Absolutely the RUDEST older lady that I've EVER met in a retail establishment. I asked for a specific size of oring and she scoffed. Actually scoffed, and proceeded with, "Well, I'm not going to look through what I have to check the sizes. What you see is what you get." I asked, " Do you not have a listing of the specs of your products?" Without answer, she proceeded to stand over me as I looked through the stock. I stood up and looked at her, trying to assemble a non-offensive way to ask why she was standing over me. Coldly, she looked at me and said, " Do you have a problem with me standing here looking at you?" Are you serious? My response was unchecked and curt, "I am just wondering why you are standing over me like this. " She then retorts, without tact, "I'm just making sure anything you touch, you put back!" Um, excuse me! Your store facing looks like a small herd of ostriches went foraging overnight and you trained a monkey to just find a peg to hang it all on. I told her she was being very rude, so she snatched the items from my hand that I was about to purchase and said, "Get out." With pleasure. You lost more than a customer. You lost respect as a human. I'll never be back and never refer anyone here EVER!
