1 starI have been trying to get someone out to repair my dent since May. After many months and calls they have not been able to get someone out to fix my dent. It appears that they have no intention in resolving my problem. My recommendation is that people should stop buying this worthless product from Dentguard. I am now going to request that they return my money because of their failure to honor their contract.Review from[email protected]

Where do I start? The short version...The place which sold me the so called "Dent Protection" administered by Nobilis Administrative Services could not even get its dent repair person out to look at my vehicle when I initiated a claim, even after several calls. I believe this is a SCAM. I have no recourse with Nobilis or the car dealership which sold me the "Dent Protection" when I leased the vehicle. The car dealership was recently sold. I decided to pay someone $250 who fixed the dents. (all but one was smaller than a quarter.)

Our records indicate that our claims representative called you and left a voice mail on March 23, 2022, to confirm whether the repair technician had contacted you to schedule a repair appointment. Unfortunately, we failed to follow up to ensure the technician scheduled the repair with you. Although we have been performing dent repairs for many years and seldom run into this type of situation, we are reviewing our processes to address any potential gaps.
If you will submit a copy of your paid invoice for the dent repairs by email to *****************@nobilisgroup.com, we will gladly reimburse you for the expenses. We look forward to serving you soon.
