Hi ********. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Many of our customers take advantage of our lifetime and continuing education package. This is great for people who need to be certified for a lifetime based on their profession, or need CE hours. Since you did not need either, our team has refunded you. Thank you for getting certified.

I am a nurse. I was renewing my cpr/Bls requirement needed. It was advertised as ***** I got my certificate without bls included on it. They also charged my account $73.90 with a $1.00 hold on my account. I would like a refund as it's not the price agreed on and signed up for. Also doesn't include the *** with cpr on certificate that I signed up for. The certificate has the wrong name on it as well.

I did my online CPR/BLS certification online and was shown a summary statement of $36 and I was immediately charged $71. My account is in the negative and I didn't even get a PDF file to show my certification. This is a scam and I will be calling Monday for a full refund or I will be filling a fraud form with my bank

12/15/2022: My sister who is a new ***** to the U.S fell for this companies scam. She thought the price was going to be $14.95 but then charged her $44.85. I don't even believe this company is accredited as you all can see there have been a wide variety of complaints about the same thing. She never received a confirmation email or anything of that nature. I guess today was a great time to teach her that there are just some cold hearted people out here in this world who are willing to SCAM anyone to help themselves.

Hi Rasha. We offer an optional lifetime and continuing education credit for purchase. Anyone can decline this offer, but most of our students benefit from the offer since they need hours and a valid certificate at all times. We understand that your sister did not need this, and we are happy to help, but we need to verify her account information. We have not been able to get a hold of you. You may call us at ************ or email us at ****************************** In addition, we follow the National guidelines for CPR, are accredited accepted by many national boards. You can find more information here: *********************************************** and **************************************************. Hope to speak soon, take care.

Date: 10/02/2022 I purchased a CPR online certification from American Healthcare Academy. During my checkout, the final amount displayed was $14.95 but my actual debit card was charged $44.85. I think this is terribly deceitful, and I can't afford such a price. I'd like a refund.

Like many of the other complaints against this company, they added options to the order in a deceptive and unethical way. I ordered the CPR course and only wanted the course but their system changed the order to include the card for an additional $13.99. I did not want this and specifically declined that offer during the check out process. For a company that deals with professional people that are in the business of helping people, this behavior is revolting. I can't believe my Fortune 100 company endorses them for our training but I'm certainly going to share this with our legal and compliance teams for reconsideration. Order #XXXXXX

There is an option to accept or decline during the checkout process. Please call or email us to verify your account, and process a refund. Thank you.

I am an M.D. (physician). On 02-01-2022, I successfully completed the on-line American Health Care Academy CPR-AED course and expected to be charged $12.56 - the total advertised price for the course. The final charge account receipt that was emailed to me included an additional $12.56 for "Lifetime Renewal" (which was never requested) and another additional $12.56 for a certificate card (which was never requested). So instead of being charged $12.56 for successfully completing the on-line course, my credit card was charged $37.68 which included an additional charge of $25.12 for 2 items that were not requested. I noted that other complaints were filed against American Health Care Academy for similar over-charging issues. I am requesting a billing adjustment regarding the overcharge of $25.12.
