      I signed up for the CPR/First Aid course after they advertised it for being about $13 saying it was a special price the end of today. Upon check out I was informed it would actually be $35 if I wanted to combo certification. After I purchased the certification I was charged $71 and informed that the extra fee was for a lifetime renewal. I did not ask for this lifetime renewal, nor was I given the chance to opt out. I demand to have the extra $35 refunded to my account immediately and strongly encourage people to use anybody else for their certifications. They should also be prevented from falsely advertising to people. I'm not sure how they haven't been sued yet quite frankly. If you search hard enough you can find the actual price of the course below the click bait. However there is literally zero mention of the additional fee for lifetime renewal, they did not even represent it when they displayed how much they were going to charge my card.

While I do appreciate the response and partial refund, the implication I selected anything regarding a lifetime renewal option is false. There was never anything on the mobile layout of your website that allowed me to unselect that, or opt out, anywhere between the completion of the quiz and payment, which is where all other options were selected. Moreover the price you displayed that was going to be charged to my card did not contain that renewal fee. I excepted the charge of About $36, I was immediately charged $71. You guys were obviously trying to hide the charges. In addition to this, when I went to download my electronic certificate all, that happened was I got rerouted to a page that said PDF not saved.       I agreed to pay $13.95 for CPR/AED Course Certification. I wanted to take CPR&First aid but realized that taken separately I would save $8 which is odd. After completing and passing the test I proceeded to checkout. I thought that they were trying to confirm my payment because I was asked again to verify amt of $13.95. Then shown my total amount paid $41.85 There has been no response to my emails text or calls. I expect a refund of $27.95 ASAP I am unemployed and have no money to spare.

      After completing the course for AED/CPR + First Aid + BBP certification on 09/15/2021, I made payment expecting to be charged $49.95 for a two year certification. Instead there was an additional charge of $49.95 for lifetime renewal that I did NOT agree to. I was not given the option to opt out of this charge. Whether or not this was intentional, it seems rather deceptive.
