This is a Bait and Switch scam. I clicked the $14.95 course. Then the price changed to $36, then they snuck in "an additional" $36 charge in fine print. I was charged $73 dollars. I immediately disputed this with my bank and I am reporting this company EVERYWHERE possible. There are hundreds of companies to get your CPR cert online and nothing like this has EVER happened to me. I'm furious and I will continue reporting this again and again.

I just had an excellent experience with one of your managers. I had an issue that was a little unusual. *********************** was able to resolve. This was done very quickly. Her demeaner was polite and professional. She called me back to confirm the issue was resolved. This is a fantastic service! After taking CPR over 30 times, I am thrilled to have found a company that allows me a quick, easy And affordable retest. I also really appreciate the option to pay one time and then recertify for free forever more. Very good phone customer service as well. A++American Health Care Academy Response

We have used American Healthcare Academy since 2019 to recertify our staff for their *** requirement. Their website is extremely user friendly, the ********************* are complete, and they have the best customer service. Our staff finds the *** recertification process convenient and thorough. Ethyl ******, in particular, takes very good care of us, taking care of our every need, with quick responses, and immediate access to our pre-purchased codes. The course was very easy to access and take. I clicked on the wrong certification and called there customer service and Ben was very patient and extremely helpful in refunding the fee for the item I didn't need.
