I paid $29.90 for the CPR/AED course, and that is what shows as being billed on the receipt. However, I was charged $100 on my account. I would like to be refunded the $70.10 that is owed to me. This is fraudulent. I am unable to reach anyone in customer support.

On 4/12/2024 I purchased a CPR/AED: Adult, ************** + First Aid (BLS) course for $36.95. When the receipt came through it said $73.90 with a Free Lifetime Renewal. No where did it give me the option to include or decline this Lifetime Renewal. I did not request this, plus on my bank account this purchase shows up as $100. I did the online chat and asked to speak to someone from sales and "*****" informed me that no one was available and closed the chat even though it was still during business hours. I asked to speak to someone to explain why I had been charged $100 when I initially only purchased the course for $36.95. I do not want the Free Lifetime Renewal and I want the rest of the money they took from me back into my account. I uploaded pictures of my receipt and the amount taken from my account.

      Dear ********,

First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude for sharing your feedback with us. Your input is invaluable as it helps us enhance our services for the future. We also sincerely appreciate your choice to trust us with your certification needs.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your recent interaction with our service. It has come to our attention that during the checkout process, you were prompted to add the lifetime free renewal option. Instead of declining, it appears that this option was inadvertently accepted. (Please refer to the attached screenshot for your reference.)

Rest assured, we have initiated the refund process for this transaction. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Regarding the $100 charge you may have noticed, this is a pre-authorization charge. It serves as a temporary hold on our customers' payment cards, aimed at verifying the validity of the account and ensuring sufficient funds to cover any pending transactions. This charge does not immediately debit the cardholder's account.

If you have any further concerns or queries, please feel free to contact us at **************. Our dedicated representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

My son was asked by a new employer to get certified for CPR and first aid through this company. He completed a test and was asked to submit payment for the certifications (CPR and first aid). There was then an additional $36.95 charge tacked on that he did not understand but thought it was required to complete the payment. We used my credit card and were charged $100 with nothing to show. Neither he nor I received a receipt for the payment, his account on the website shows nothing was ordered, and he has no certification proofs. We would like our money back and will instead work with the American ********* to complete the certification.

      Dear *****,

We want to extend our gratitude for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback and for entrusting us with your son's certification needs. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and I regret any inconvenience you may have encountered.

It appears that your son selected the CPR/AED + First Aid combination course, which amounts to $36.95. Regarding the additional $100 charge you observed, please understand that this is a pre-authorization hold placed on our customers' payment cards. Its purpose is to temporarily secure funds, ensuring the validity of the account and confirming the availability of sufficient funds for any pending transactions. This hold does not immediately debit the cardholder's account and should be back within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, it seems that the payment for the course did not successfully process, resulting in the absence of payment details on our website. To address any concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at **************. Our dedicated representative will be more than happy to assist you with any payment-related inquiries you may have.

Once again, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for choosing our services, and we look forward to resolving this matter swiftly and satisfactorily.

I bought the cpr package that was advertised as $14.99 but was charged $42.93. After seeing the charge I immediately chatted customer service, emailed and called to ask to be refunded for what I did not purchase. They responded to only breakdown the charges and refused to refund or even respond to all to my multiple attempts to correct the undue charge. Basically ignoring the mistake completely. Scam Beware!

Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude for choosing us for your certification needs. We sincerely apologize if your experience with us has caused any inconvenience. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us improve our services for the future.

Unfortunately, ***** was unavailable to respond immediately after that due to her being on holiday off on March 28th and 29th. Like many other complaints here, I paid $33.26 for the First Aid and CPR. When I reviewed my bank account after check out, I was charged twice (total of $70.21). Upon looking at the receipt, I saw I was charged an extra $36.95 for a Lifetime Free Renewal. I had never indicated I wanted this renewal. I attempted to open a chat with support and was told no one was available. I would like the extra charge of $36.95 refunded.
