Sent me a false fraudulent mailer about solar power. I wonder if theres violates the Ohio consumer sales practices act. Lied about the cost of solar panels saying solar panels would cost zero dollars. Nothing about how they arrive at that figure. Im considering filing a lawsuit in ************* under the state and local consumer protection laws. Im keeping the mailer as an exhibit.

These thieves are preying on me since I am approaching age 65. This company uses deceptive advertising. They sent me a ******** Initial Election Period Request Card and no where on this card did it identify an insurance carrier. It implies that I need to enroll now. I hate this kind of deceptive advertising. I wish I could get off their mailing list.

Hi ***, I apologize that the mail you received upset you. We have been in business over 30 years and in no way do we want to be deceptive. We work with insurance agents wanting to help consumers. Since agents are licensed with multiple carriers we do not mention any carriers on the mailer. I am happy to add your address to our internal do not mail list so you do not receive anything from us in the future. If you want to share that with me I can get this taken care of.thank you,Lead Concepts

Apparently, I've been blocked on most social media platforms by someone that works for this company for reasons unknown. I've never done business nor ever contacted them, but I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. Very unprofessional & ***** in my opinion.

I also received a letter that look like a highly confidential letter with heading 2024 MEXICATE HEALTH PLAN UPDATE.This is to entice poor and innocent literally weak seniors who are ******** recepients. Not everyone will fall for this defective practice, but some with less mental faculties and not so educated or well informed can fall for these dirty tactics.Who knows what they would do with the **** obtained? Also they may start harassing with the emails and phone numbers obtained via this form.I am appalled. why US government and ******** authorities not addressing this issue to protect innocent citizens. Why do any one need these peoples help? One can otain the required information on the Medicate.gov or by calling them.Whoever it is should stop these defective practices.

Very DECEPTIVE business practices! NOTHING in this mailing identifies them or their business. The whole letter has DECEPTIVE things on it like "Helpful Sourse: www.medicare.gov. / A federal government website managed and paid by the U.S. Centers of ****************** Services." AND "I grant ********** for a licensed insurance agent to contact me in regards to my ******** options which includes ******** Supplement, ******** Advantage, and prescription drug plans."NOT ONE SPEC OF INFORMATION IN THIS LETTER OR ON THE ENEVLOPE OF THESE PEOPLE TELLING ME ****WHO**** THEY ARE!!! Just a PO BOX address is all there is to know about ***WHO*** they are, AND, My Guess is they ***DO NOT*** want you knowing who they are! Why else would they ***HIDE ALL*** their business name, business address, business phone number and all identifiable information about ***WHO*** they are and make the letter look like it's from ********, Medicaid and the U.S. Government!?!?!?NOTHING but ***Shady Tricky Dicky Con Artist*** run this company. Had to research online just ***WHO*** they really are since they DO NOT like to reveal that information in their *Little Tricky Dicky Mailings*.

Like others on here, I received a very deceptive mailer regarding medical insurance. I am appalled that a company like Lead Concepts is even allowed to be in business and can resort to these sorts of tactics to fool and mislead people (especially the elderly which is this companies target market) with no real consequences. They are probably operating legally under some law approved by your congressperson. There is not one piece of information identifying Lead Concepts or the company who paid Lead Concepts for your PII (Personally identifiable information). I mean just that alone shows you they are dishonest. Why do the hide who they are? I hope more people will expose this company for the dishonest fakes they are and put them out of business.

I received a mailer that had no company information on it and stating ********* Initial Election Update" -- this is deceptive and tries to look like an official Social Security Request for information. I Googled the address on the reply for information card and found it to be this company. Anyone who gets one of these should shred and not reply. We are already getting scammed by enough companies.
