My **** Energy Electric bill tripled last 3 months (Nov. 2021 Dec. 2021, Jan 2022). I Finally found out the overcharged part is from C*** B *** Energy, my new energy supplied , who increased my rate from 5.18C to 9.29C. I am so frustrated, only because that 16 months ago, when they were pursuading me to switch service supplier, they only told me they offer the lower fixed rate, 5% lower than the rate my current supplier charged. But they did not mention the variable rate after 12 month introductory term will be almost double rate as the average rate of other suppliers. I do not know how to describe this kind of service contract, sc**. 5 days ago, I called the customer service right away and asked them to refund me the over-charge part. The representative told me will try to credit me back with the case number 982582. Unfortunately, they called me today and told me they refuse refunding me anything, only because the paper work I signed 16 month ago already told me the lower rate is for 12-month long. I could not believe this kind for business activity can happen in U.S. What a shame for U.S. fair and just. You told me you sent me the promotion renew notice letter 5 months ago. BTW, I never have this notice in my memory. Since you did not have my responses in time, you treated is as I agree to pay whatever high rate you dare to request and double my rate immediately. Why did you not call me to confirm my intention? Is it not good for your own earnings from crazy high variable rate? If the customers missed the monthly payments, will you call them for sure? Now, when customers failed to reply the promotion renew request, you choose just let it be. Good luck to your business!

Please complete the full over-charged refunding and process the last two months of Feb, 2022 and Mar, 2022, with the calculated total: (2384 + 2109) * (0.0929 - 0.0518) = $184.66.
