The sales manager of the associate who reached out to me for the sale and was supposed to be working with me, was very unprofessional. They listed a vehicle for sale that was in the sales managers words "never delivered to the dealership", even though the associate Frania confirmed by text they had it and told me to come in on Saturday. I offered the down payment over the phone, she didn't take it, was told by her the paperwork for them would be sent to me and the car waiting so we had minimal to do when I arrived as I already had my financing approved. The dealership was an hour and 45 minutes from my home, I was half way there and told they didn't have the car by ******. She then spoke to her manager who called me, belittled me, told me I should have put the deposit down to hold it even though I was assured by the sales person that was unnecessary. I already had my financing approved and sent to the dealership yet the dales person never sent me the delaership paperwork. The sales manager who called acted as though he really didn't want to be bothered by calling me and then basically blamed me for their shady dealings. I will NEVER recommend this dealership and will tell everyone this! I have all my texts with the sales person to prove how shady they are. 10 out of 10 avoid this dealership at all costs! ** Just to add, I ended up buying my challenger at a reputable local dealership at home, with great service and no BS. I will recommend them as they have stores in the *** area as well!!*** One other kicker, I honestly think they hate it if you have financing already lined out as ****** tried to convince me several times to allow her to run my credit through all their banks to "SEE" if they could beat my interest rate, I was approved for. I told her her adamantly NO, I didn't want multiple hard hits, she argued and said that since I knew so much about credit, I should know that I could write letters to have the hard inquires removed after purchasing the car.

On May 7th 2024, I brought my car into Clay ********************** in ****** with my car shaking and pulling. I didnt get a response until the next day about my car. They told me it was the Steering Gear and my warranty would cover it.. then was told that I had to get other work done in order for my car to drive properly that totaled $1,700. I declined on getting that part fixed. I was told that the part that my warranty would cover would be in on the 10th of May and that my car would be ready on the 11th of May. I called the next day and they said the technician was not in nor was the service ***************** who was assigned to helping me. I had to call him and get updates on my car. Spoke with him on Monday May 13th and he said once they put the new part on, the original part that was already on didnt fit anymore. He said it was an after factory part and I needed to purchase a new part in order to put my car back together. How is this my fault, I drive the car there with those parts. Now hes telling me they wont fit. I agreed to pay $100 for a new part and he said it would be ready on Monday the 13 th. I got a texted from the dealership saying the new part that was ordered didnt fit either and they have to order a new part. Ive been without my car 7 days now. Im not sure if my car will be fixed correctly. This is the worse ever.

My spouse needed to get out of the vehicle he was in, he purchased the vehicle sometime midweek, over the weekend we drove around in it, ran some errands. Tuesday (of the following week, midday) he received a call from the associate he purchased the vehicle from stating that they need the vehicle back due to the bank not wanting to do business with my partner due to his job being commissioned base, AFTER it was (already) a done deal. I contacted my best friend (who works in the auto industry, high ranking corporate position in titles) to see if there was any legal action we could take due to 1. They ran his credit (now) thats going to take a hit 2. Approving him for the vehicle, only days later demanding it back due to the bank not wanting to do business, yet I thought once you signed for everything, shook hands on it, drove it off the lot, had it for days, Id assume THAT would be considered a done deal? Obviously NOT. Clay ********************** (from what my friend told me) is a ***** in his self (No.1) and I do recall them asking him to get me to co-sign for it, since I have a high 700 score, my BFF informed me that they do shady business doing like this, let you drive it (thinking its a done deal) so you fall in love with the vehicle only to bring back a co-signer with a higher score. I do recall my spouse sharing that info with the idiot associate he done business with and quickly realized that **** ********************** is pulling a scam on its customers. I will be calling around for an attorney and seeking legal advice, and possible contacting a few old friends of mine from WFAA on Fox and see if theyd like to cover the story. How evil and heartless is it to allow someone to have the assumption that theyre good to go, knowing in a few days youre going to demand the vehicle back.

**** Cooley Dodge ****** **: I bought a log in October with only ****** miles, now the air conditioning is not working and the glass washer hoses are not working too, the troca goes out in the stop light but there were several times it didn't turn on until after 2-3 seconds I went to the finance department because in services they told me that this did not cover the guarantee I bought and the gentleman there treated me like a stranger after 5 months ago I was closing the deal on the troca, I called him brother and he told me that he doesn't know me nor are we brothers and I confronted him by telling him that it is not the way to deal with a client, he got upset and I too are now treating me very badly in the service area so that he pays more than $1600. in repairs that were hacked by themselves, my troca is ***** miles and in their system it says more than ****** miles, there I leave them the troca they also made me sign 2 different contracts... Now they want to force me to pay a repair of 1600 that they themselves approved and continue treating me like they are doing, but I will get to the bottom of this dealer...the head of sales is called (***************************), he was the one who treated me very badly and thanks to him they are doing the same thing, the service, very bad service, I called ***************** head of financier and they did not support me in anything, they I left my trail and now I will talk to the BBB.

If I could, I would give this dealership ZERO stars!! There are major red flags regarding this dealership. Last December, I purchased a vehicle. After I signed the papers, the sales rep from the financing department told me that I would receive a copy of all my paperwork within a few days (RED FLAG # 1). It is over 60 DAYS since the purchase, and I still have not received anything proving that I purchased this car. The second major red flag is that I had to continuously call to get an update on my tags and registration. My temporary tags expired a few days before I got a text stating the registration was completed. After receiving the registration papers, I found a DELINQUENT TRANSFER FEE and a SALES TAX PENALTY FEE that I paid that made no sense because it was THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to take care of that. I STILL NEED TO RECEIVE MY TITLE EITHER (RED FLAG # 3). I got a notice from my financing company that they have yet to receive a title filing from Clay ********************** (mind you, this is over 60 days since I took the car off the lot). The last red flag is that Clay ********************** owed service repairs (headlight replacement and rust removal) on my car THAT THEY NOTED. Initially, they informed me they had no more headlight parts in stock, so they had to order them. I called the service department for an update, and they said they would call me back, NEVER DID. I went to the service department to get some information when I got my registration papers and tags. One of the reps gave me his card and told me he would update me after reviewing the service repair paperwork with sales or customer service (I need to remember). It's been four days, and no phone call. Please check their reviews before you decide, regardless of whether they have the car that interests you (model, color, media system, low mileage, etc.) That goes for this dealership, or any dealership, for that matter, especially ones with the latest low reviews. Doing your due diligence will save you money and a huge headache.

This company owe me money. They promised me an reimbursement for them not putting in paper work to get my license plates. Got pulled over and cop told me my plates are not even in process! Went to the dealership and told them. Manager told me he'll take care of it and left it at that. And if a cop was to pull me over tell him to call him. Sent me away with bad expired temporary plates. And told me he was going to get my tickets reimbursed back to me. A month later still no plate... Found out he still didn't push the information through. Because we had to go to the *** ourselves. And *** told us He just out the info in 30 minutes ago. He contact me back about 5 months after that and told me to send a receipt to him to show I paid that ticket. It's been 3 months. Contacted a lady name ***** and complained. She told me it's basically too late it's been almost a year. Horrible.
