    Traded in my car for cash a week ago. Plan was to get the money for my reasons And get a new car. Got the new car and now a week later no cash. Excuses of end of month closing and accountants not there. It's lawyer time sad I have to do this. Do not believe them!!!!! Causing much anger and waisted time. The do not show any responsibility nor care of what they are doing I will get my money ---but you needed to know who you are dealing with . Stay away from them!!!

    Very rude behavior with few of the staff and they cheated me with the price for 4000$. Couple of my friends purchased the same vehicle lesser than 4000$ by showing invoice from other dealer. When I approached them and discussed about it with them, they are not ready to listen my words. Such a rude management and staff.

    This place is horrible. The worst service Ive ever received and mind you I just ended up leaving after driving 30. Minutes from where I live because I needed an oil change. Well I get there pull up to the service area and the rep tell me its a 3-3 and a half hour wait. I explained to her that I have an appointment I drove 30 mins to get my car serviced. She just shrugged her shoulders. I said my appointment isnt until 1:45 Im here at 1:30 and my wait time is that long she said the appointment was only to speak with a service advisor. I said well that doesnt make sense. She said thats how things work here So I left and I called and spoke to ***** the service manager and she told me that the appointment was just to speak with an advisor and that it didnt mean my car would be serviced at that time. I said so whats the point in scheduling an appointment at all. Then she sarcastically re stated what was previously said. I said that makes absolutely no sense. She then thought saying that appointments and walk in are all thrown in the same queue. She then stated she could reschedule my appointment for another Saturday morning. I then told her what was the point in scheduling an appointment if Im going to get thrown in the same queue as the rest Ill just show up. Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. Will no longer be scheduling appointments. They should have separate queues from walk ins and appointments. No way they should be treated the same. Then she tried to dumb things down but made herself look bad by saying its like going to the doctors office if you go and have an appointment and a certain time and the person infront of you has more issues than you they are going to take longer with that doctors. This analogy made no sense a doctors office only has maybe 3-4 doctors on site. How many people do they have standing around at this dealership not helping anyone. A lot let me tell you that.

    One of the worst service center. Small garage is better then this service center . **************** and Manager ***** was really rude when you ask such questions regarding car expenses. They took one week to fix minor issue of my car . Very rude staff and my service advisor **************** just want money dont care about customer car service or not taking responsibility giving any answer regarding car . Small garage service is better then this honda service center . At least they know how to behave with customers.

    Following the instructions for the safety recall which I was mailed from Honda, I took my car to David McDavid of Irving to get the required repair work done on Monday, May 22, 2023.While my car was in the garage bay, my service advisor warned me that my car did not have a regular transmission, either automatic or manual, but rather, it was designed with a *** and emphasized that the transmission fluid should be changed every ****** miles. ******* my car had ****** miles, I accepted his advice and paid almost $200 for the fluid change.Later, after I had left the dealership, I checked with the Honda maintenance schedule and learned that I had not been told the truth. Honda recommends that the *** should be inspected every ****** miles and the fluid should be changed every ****** miles.I was tricked into paying for a service that I did not need. I was not even close to needing the service. And the purpose of my visit to David McDavid was the safety recall, not to service the transmission!I emailed my complaint to the Service Advisor the same day, but have received no response.It is wrong for David McDavid to deceive their customers and to use the safety recall as a lure to sell unneeded services to automobile owners.

    Purchased a Brand new Honda Pilot 2023 on 03/31/2023, next day morning complete coolant has got leaked on my garage floor making complete mess and I couldn't even start the car have to get it towed to the service center. Honda Service Center reported that the vehicle is completely broken radiator installed from Factory. Adding to that complete electronic system has malfunctioned giving all warning lights. Dealership has completely gone insane and sold a defective pilot without even doing a proper inspection of the vehicle. Don't recommend this dealership. I have owned several Honda's from 2014 till now, never had a such a unpleasant experience with any other dealership. Dealership convinced me that they will exchange the vehicle and convinced me to remove the Google review but after two weeks they changed their tone and came up with story they did all the best they cannot help further. Senior Sales Manager Danny and Sales Person Zara had so much faith in them in resolving the issue but was completely disappointed in the way they have committed to exchange and in the last minute(after 2 weeks) changed their tone and wanted me to trade in . Such a mischievous dealership never seen in my life. There is no room for loyalty, empathy. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

    This was a warranty issue that he took to another Honda dealer closer to his home. Its unfortunate that it happened but was beyond our control and we could not unwind his transaction. We offered to trade him out but he was unhappy with the terms.
