The worst company .ROACHES AND MICE Their communication, is trash and they denied my disabled son housing ! Which is against the law !!!! So they will be added to my on going lawsuit !!! Before i even applied to sunset lake i spoke with one of the ladies in the office and asked if they accept security deposit assistance and she said yes . I make more then enough money a month but due to my lawsuit with the *************** and us having to leave the unit because it was demmed uninhabitable as a part of my settlement they argeed to pay for my next move Of course after applying and taking my money they put me on hold to tell me why werent going forward with my application After lying everytime i asked them about the assistance . But thank god I Dodged a bullet with ****** lake The leasing offices ladies dont never answer the phone . Their voicemail isnt even changed it still has the lady from years ago on the voicemail !Pissy hallways Rocaches and mice !!!Trash all in the hallways and outside Thin walls Loud parties 24/7 So happy Im not moving with them who would give 3500$ to get some keys from an apartment thats supposed to be in the ghetto because of how filthy it is !I keep asking them to re try en my application fees since they wasted my time and no one has said anything they keep giving me different ppl to call and of course no one answers the phone !!!Review from Mandi S

Absolutely a horrible experience here. 2 years and we can't wait to move out. We've asked management repeatedly for help with our upstairs neighbors and we were shut down. Our family lives with the sounds of a 4 yr old running, jumping and screaming until all hours. Add the smell of Marijuana to it. We are simply miserable. Great maintenance crew, though.

I am unable to pull up a resident by this name and also checked for the email with no result. Are you sure this is one of our properties as we did sell several mid year last year. Please provide me with the property name and the unit number the tenant resides in so I can try and resolve this issue. Thank you

My name is ****************** lived at the *************** in *********** *****. We lived there for 2 years unfortunately due to covid. The amount of horrible experiences we had during this time. Living in ***** the weather gets really hot. During the summer our apartment got to the high 90s INSIDE!!! Then we had an infestation of **************** So bad that i ended up with ***** bites on my leg and couldn't walk constantly having to throw stuff away because roaches infested everything. We threw so much of our personal stuff we basically had to start over not to mention all the food we had to throw because the roaches got in it. Or the giant rats running around in the attic and the walls! The police are always there. People shot at the **************** broken into including mine. We couldn't even sleep with all the gunshots. Then the water was constantly being shut off, then when it was it was on it was brown. The sink leaked so bad the bottom cabinet started to sink in and mold. We were told we needed to put a work order. Never could because online account was always locked. Finally we moved out in January 2023 because my husband is going blind it was no longer safe. I informed them were going to move out by 1/31/23 our lease ended in march 2023. I filled the paper out & now I am getting emails about owing $1400 for a place i don't live in & haven't lived in for over a month! Then they said they needed a new paper to be signed or they would auto renew!? I am sorry but no we dont have the money to be paying all this nonsense when we have to pay for my husbands eye surgery and my medical bills. This is the worst apartment complex with office managers going in and out the door when ever they like and don't answer the phones. I should've reported this place to the health department!TI Communities Response

TI Communities sold this property back in mid 2022 so we would not be the responsible party. This former resident needs to take this up with the current ownership and management. Please remove this from any of our files with the BBB. Thank you
