            The Ousell business was to deliver clothing/items to my resident. The order purchases was made January ***** 2023. The 1st amount was approximately $120.00 on the 11th and the 2nd order was roughly $40.00 the 12th or 13th. I planned to order again but i thought i would wait until a delivery was made. Ousell had such a good display and prices that some consumer gravitated to their online store. Its been difficult to trust other online stores like Temu and ***** until someone said these were okay online stores that delivered. Could it be that Ousell got more purchase than they could deliver. A simple call to provide freebies or rewards in delivery may have been okay for some consumers.Thank you for your help BBB.

            On February 2, 2023, I ordered a number of items because I was going get a deal by ordering multiple items to get a lower price. Items ordered included belts, backpacks and carrying cases. I received a confirmation email. Four days later Ousell sent a confirmation update. On March 2, 2023, I received a moissanite ring from a shipper in ***** that had a customs declaration value of $55.00 and not the ten items I did order. I replied to Ousell concerning the ring I received and I relisted the correct order number with a list of what I did order. I later received two unspecified rings in the mail from *****. At that point I should have contacted my charge card company to dispute the charged amount. I did receive a notification later of a fraudulent purchase and a new card number. It probably was related to this. I never received items ordered or a refund. I tried to open the Ousell website and received this warning: Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to ousell.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.
