Started a bathroom remodel in October 2022 which was finished right before Thanksgiving 2022. At that time, they still needed to put the shelves in one of the cabinets -- never came back to do that. We noticed around April 2023 that there were three shower towels that had cracks in them. I contacted the company to notify them of that and to remind them of the shelves and that they had forgotten to paint the backside of one of the doors. ***************** came out to look and also give us a quote on a kitchen remodel because I was overall happy with their work and didn't forsee any problems on the minor repairs needed in the bathroom remodel. He said he would get back with me. He sent me the quote and that's the last I've heard. I've emailed, texted and tried calling the office manager several times with no response. I don't understand because it's really fairly minor repairs that need corrected -- money wise. They are simply not standing behind their work and not communicating in any way. They have my cell number and my email. I'm very easy to get in communication with. I am at a loss of what to do. I am left to assume they are trying to ignore until after a year has passed on the work.

    Business response

    11/09/2023

I spoke to **************** and apologized for dropping the ball on getting these repairs completed and apologized for the inconvenience she has experienced.  It was an internal miscommunication within Superior One due to several factors that have since been remedied.  I let her know this is not how we do business and thanked her for bringing these issues to our attention.  I asked if we could take care of these repairs at the end of next week and she was kind enough to allow us to make this right.  Our repair man is going to remove and replace the cracked tiles along with the grout, install the shelves in the cabinet, and paint the back of the door.
