      On February 16, 2024 I made an online purchase from ************************* for almost $125 worth of fishing lures. Apparently shortly after my order, ************************* was bought out by GSM outdoors in ************. Received an email confirmation of my order and the payment did go through on my credit card, but I never received my product. After making phone calls to inquire, I was routed to GSM outdoors and they told me that they were attempting to fill my order. In approximately the next two months, *** sent numerous emails and made phone calls to GSM outdoors and spoke with multiple employees attempting to find a remedy. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do, that they were working on it and I would be notified. After numerous phone calls and being told that there was nothing they could do I asked for a refund. A manager by the name of ************ told me that they would process the refund. Weeks have gone by and I never received my refund. *** made numerous phone calls and emails since inquiring about the status of my refund and they keep telling me, it takes time to process and can take up to 21 business days. 21 business days has expired long ago and I still have never received my refund and Im now not receiving any return communication from them whenI inquire about it.

      I received a defective product as part of an order placed on May 8, 2024. The item was missing one of the integrated blades and fails to act in the capacity for which it was intended. I reached out to the company on 5/9, 5/13 and 5/20 through their return portal on their website, but have yet to receive any follow-up from the company. I called on 5/22 and there was allegedly a referral to the warranty replacement group, but I've received absolutely zero response from them as well. I attempted to call again today (5/28/2024), but have not been able to speak to anyone. Not sure how a company that doesn't have a retail presence (for this brand at least) is so awful at customer service.

      On 3/4/24, I ordered an M1 Inshore Casting Rod (SMX-82MH) off www.phenixrods.com/ (owned by GSM Outdoors), for a price of $255.36, after tax and shipping, paid for using my ***** Fargo Active Cash credit card.On 4/2/24, I contacted GSM Outdoors and inquired if I could return the rod. I was informed that I could and was provided with a ***** shipping label and tracking #, and an internal (GSM) tracking #: SRA409456. According to the ***** tracking #, 7757 8969 9816, the package was received by GSM Outdoors on 4/8/24.On 4/23/24, I checked my credit card statement and saw that a refund for the returned rod had not yet been issued. I called GSM Outdoors multiple times this week. They told me they would look into the issue and call me back. No return calls were ever received.Eventually they told me] I had been put on their refund list as of April 10th, 2024 and that, per company policy, refunds could take up to 21 days to be issued, so I needed to wait until 5/1/24 for the refund. It never arrived.I called again and was eventually told via email that I'd just been added to their refund sheet and needed to wait 21 days to receive my refund.I responded that this was not acceptable and that I would be seeking resolution through consumer protection agencies and other avenues.A manager did call me back this time. They informed me that they'd escalated my issue to their accounting department and requested a priority refund that should appear on my credit card statement as early as the next day, 5/3/24, or as late as 5/6/24. It is 5/7/24, and no refund has appeared on my credit card statement.I have also contacted ***** Fargo and opened a dispute concerning this transaction: claim ID ********.

      Ive sent in my fishing rod for warranty upgrade 6 months ago. Ive been calling nurmerous times. Each time wasting a hour, then getting a promise from them my fishing rod is expedited. *** sent in a money order for the fishing rod warranty. The new fishing rod I bought, Ive only used it once and it broke. They said its no warrantied. So I sent it a money order as they requested to upgrade to a different fishing pole. I still cant get this resolved. The order number is ******* Thanks *****

      On January 2nd I ordered 2 ******************* Blinds with 10' bases. The items shipped via freight to me on January 16th to which we do have a business with forklift to properly and safely unload the items. One of the blinds suffered pretty significant damage from likely poor handling and also falling off the skid it was on. The freight company driver inspected the item once we pointed out the damage and told us that it was likely damage from either loading or during transit. He proceeded to mark the damaged item on the delivery receipt for us to have record and told us that we should call GSM Outdoors to submit a damage claim as GSM paid for the freight. I submitted a damage claim online January 18th and then called customer service on January 26th for initial claim. Since submitting, I have been told every single week that my claim is being reviewed by the box blind review team and it takes 2-4 weeks for resolution. I'm currently at 17 weeks waiting with no response or resolution from GSM whatsoever.

      I purchased two game cameras with cell technology and activated cell coverage through GSM Outdoors. My husband never installed these cameras, so I contacted GSM regarding cancelling my cell coverage around April 1st of this year. As you can see through the emails, they advised I would be getting a refund, they couldn't tell me how much, that it had to go through the accountant. As of today, they are now ignoring all emails I have sent them.

      March 8th order number ********* was cancelled and never refunded $169.95. March 10th order ********* was cancelled and never refunded $759.87. They sais they would send refunds and never did and now say they are waiting for a charge back. Unreal what this business thinks they can get away with!!

      I ordered a knife in August of last year and never received the knife. I called numerous times, and I was told that because there was engraving, that it would take a little bit longer, yet I still never received the knife. The last two times I called, I was told that I would receive a call back, and I never received a return phone call. To this day, I have not received the knife or refund. At this point, I am beyond frustrated with this company and the run around Ive been given, and just want my money refunded.

      In January or February, I ordered a knife from Cold Steel. I called on February 5, telling Cold Steel to cancel due to poor customer service from their representatives. I told Cold Steel, if you deliver, I will refuse delivery and will order the carrier return it to sender. ******** was refused. The carrier returned the item to Cold Steel weeks ago. "ARODRIGUEZ" of Cold Steel signed for it. Cold Steel refuses to issue credit to the original method of payment, a credit card account. The $42.19 debit to my credit card account has been in dispute with Col Steel since February 5. Cold Steel has refused all attempts by me AND the bank that issued the credit card to credit the amount to the credit card account.WARNING TO CONSUMERS: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH COLD STEEL!!
