      I made a purchase with this company 1 month ago, the purchase included a knife and a free gift. I received the free gift, but my primary purchase was not along with it in the box. I reached out to the company with their support email form, and gave them a call to inform them I have not gotten my product. The person on the phone told me the product was not shipped and would be soon. I got an email asking to review the product that I did not receive. Ive sent 2 more support email things on their page asking for an update. Ive called 2 more times and have been hung up on and unable to get through to an agent. Im concerned and may file a police report because I do not want a knife out there tied to my name in some way in the wrong hands.

      On October 21, 2024, I order a product online and paid $23.86. I have not yet received my order and have called the business multiple times. With each call they have told me they would get my order out to me asap and last call I asked for a refund, was told they would look into it and they hung up on me. Filing this complaint with the BBB is the last thing I wanted to do but was the only left for me to do to try and get this resolved.

      On 8/6/24 ordered camera and camera card from stealth. Recieved the camera card but no camera. When I looked at the shipping it showed both had been sent . So I Called the company, the lady found the issue said my refund would be with 30 days for the camera. I have called countless times, tried emails but they dont return emails evidently. The last call I had the man stated it was shipped and they had a picture from the carrier. I got the same picture from fed ex. I assure there was no camera, also the size camera I ordered was to large to had fit in that size box anyway. I realize its he said she said at this point, but a lot of busy have picture proof of them packing a box. Maybe they could look at that.

      Company charged my account $120 without permission and caused an overdraft fee of $26. I talked to a representative and was insured of a refund in 3 to 5 business days, it has now been 2 weeks.

      I purchased 3 wildgame innovations insite cellular game cameras. I have never been able to use them. When I called tech support I was told that upgrades to the app made these cameras unusable. I have 3 cameras valued around $450 that have never been used and can't ever be used do to the manufacturer. Im just asking for a similar product replacement or my money back

      I received the trail camera has a Christmas gift in 2023 and was unable to use this until this hunting season in September 2024. The camera was set up outside like it is suppose to be and I received video the first time. A week later I went back and the camera didnt work and water came out of it. I called the company after this happened and a representative told me no worries he would take care of it and stated they didnt have that exact camera but would I be happy with another and I said yes. An email was sent to me stating they couldnt send me a camera without a receipt I explained that it was a gift yet again in the response to the email and he stated no worries and to send him photos which I did. 3 more representatives later and photos U was told that water damage was not covered under the warranty on a water proof camera.

      Bought a ladder stand and all the pieces wasnt in the box. Ive called twice and both times they were going to ship me a new stand. Been 2 weeks and no shipment or tracking number. Just want my stand.

      I ordered 4 engraved knives from SOG knives/GSM Outdoors on 18 July. On 7 August, I received 4 knives with incorrect engraving. I have spent the past 3.5 months trying to receive what I ordered. I have received 3 sets of blank knives, despite spending over 4 hours on the phone with this company. I have asked to be connected to a supervisor or receive a call back from a supervisor multiple times, and have been denied. I posted a review critical of the company on their website. This passed their review and was published. It has since been taken down off of their website, with no explanation or communication to me. I have tried to resubmit a post critical of their company, and have been told it doesn't meet their publishing standards. I asked what specifically disqualifies it, and have received no reply. I can provide that to you if needed. I just want the product I ordered 4 months ago, and request assistance. I also would like to know why my review was removed from their website with no explanation and why I am not allowed to post another review.

      I ordered 3 Game cameras from them 30 Sept 2024. I reached out that they did not work as advertised. I was told id be contacted and i wasnt i had to call back and they said i was past 30 days because they never replied to me. So the guy did a label and emailed it to me. I went to use it and it didnt work. So i again had to handle it myself. This company is awful and i want the 200 dollars i wasted on their product back. I will count the postage as a loss. This business is awful!
