      I've spent a total of 90 minutes on hold the past two days attempting to get technical support on a cell camera that receives a "no cell service" error message regardless of its location, upgrade status, etc. In both cases, after lengthy phone holds, a live person ultimately answered the phone and informed me that they must transfer my call. In each case, I was immediately transferred to a phone that had a busy signal. I've also left a text message on the stealthcam.com/contact-us page with no response received as of the filing of this complaint. At this point, my $200 cellular trail camera does not have cell signal and is useless. I'm filing this complaint in hopes that someone else will avoid wasting money on a product that better work, error free, out of the box. If not, you might as well throw it away because technical support is non-existent.

      I bought a camera from this company. It has a 1 year limited warranty. I'm still within the one year warranty and the camera has stopped working. They do not answer phone calls. They do not respond to emails. I've sent messages to their Facebook page. I've commented on their Facebook posts. They blocked me. I'm out of options. From seeing others posting on Facebook, a lot of other customers have the same issue.

      I purchased a pair of ******** Silencer BT 2.0 earbuds on Amazon.com for $233.90 on 1/23/21. I experienced continued issues with the earbuds functioning until they became unusable. I submitted a warranty request on 6/14/21 and shipped the product to the address provided. They received the return package on 6/21 from ***** On 7/1/21, I reached out via Email to the customer service department to ask for a status on the warranty replacement as it had been over a week since they received the package and I hadn't received any status update. On 7/6/21, I received a response that "we have received your silencer BT earbuds and our warehouse is getting it ready for shipment." On 7/14/21 and again on 7/20/21 I emailed customer service as I had not received any updates. 7/21/21 I was told the replacement product is on backorder. On 8/17/21 I called their customer service number. I was told the computers were down. Still haven't heard anything and would like help getting them to update.

      I'm a long-time customer now reconsidering my business relationship with this company since it is under new ownership. I purchased another brand new set of night sights TG231S1W from an authorized retailer for their products. Attempted to have them installed by a licensed, certified gunsmith and the gunsmith stated the front sight was defective and not cut properly; he was unable to install it. I've been trying to get these replaced under warranty for 3 weeks (calling, emailing, filling out webforms on TruGlo website) and nothing happens. The latest call was disconnected by the rep and I'm not sitting on hold for 30+ minutes again to talk with another rep who is not empowered to solve a problem. Their customer service is disorganized, uninformed and unable to handle simple matter such as this.

      I received two wireless Fusion Stealth Cam cameras as a gift for Christmas 2020, however I do pay for the wireless activation for these cameras. My first problem with the ** or their billing ***** started in January when they billed me the wrong amount. You see In order to activate the camera you have to pick a payment plan, we picked a annual plan and they billed me a monthly plan.Then on August 14, 2021 I went to the deer lease to re-activate my cameras. After activating both of them and picking the payment options, one of the camera's would not work. I came home and suspended the one camera, and tried to see if there was any warranty due to something leaking inside that corroded the battery terminals. I stayed on hold for over an hour w/out being able to speak to anyone, so I just wrote it off. I then got billed for both payment plans and paid it, then my one camera that was working was suspended.I have tried repeatedly to call and even emailed them with no response.

      After you make a payment, you must go to your account settings and reactivate the service. It does not auto restore after payment.

      Why was it suspended in the first place?
      I have done what you have asked, the first time you told me to. It's does not work.
      Someone needs to call me to explain, leave me a good number that someone would answer when I call back.

      Your account was suspended due to billing. I see that you made a payment your self on 08/16 but your bill was due on 08/14/2021 The second camera was removed your account it seems by you before your September payment. Only one payment was made then, you were not billed any time after Jan until you started your service. A $4.00 credit was added to your account. If you are needing a warranty replacement please submit a warranty request online and we would be more than happy to take care of this.

      Never received a date of when payment was due. If I remember correctly, after you scan the code on camera, you pick a plan and that's it.
      If you are correct , you received payment 2 days late. Why did it take so long to reactivate the camera???

      Hello, I purchased their product last year worked great. This year went to use it and it would not work being it required me to update to new app. Did still didn't work. Called them and after being on hold for an hour I finally got a person on customer support. They said it just needed a new Sim card and would be sent out and delivered within 5 to 10 business days. After 10 business day I reached out again. Being on hold for an hour I finally talked to a supervisor. He Gauraunteed me that they would overnight air them and would be there the next day. They standard overnighter it and took 3 days. When received they never updated new ones and did not work. I called was on hold for another hour just to be told that Noone was available to help me. I went on their Facebook page voiced my complaint and they just blocked me so I can't message or anything on that platform also without using their service they billed me too
