      Puchased a game camera "Stealth Cam" (GSM Outdoors **** **** Road, Irving, TX XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX) from ***'s Club for $89.98 on 11/7/2020). The camera has one year warranty. The camera has stopped working. I filed a replacement warranty and was promised an RMA number 3-4 times by called their 877 number. Their email states, "Thank you for contacting GSM Outdoors. Once we have approved your return, you will receive shipping instructions and a Return Authorization number. Please DO NOT ship your product until you receive a Return Authorization. If you need additional support, please give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX". This was dated 9/13/2021. A representative told me a week ago I did not have to return the camera and I would get a replacement sent to me. Meantime I have had no contact with the companyno email, no contact. Customer service for their products is terrible.

      i ordered an item,2 weeks later i canceled the order (i talked on the phone with customer service),2 days later after i canceled the order they shipped it out... i call again they admit they screwed up,send the return receipt, i send it back,its received on sept-7-2021 at 11:21 am signed by MTAYLOR.i still havent received the refund and ive emailed a number of times and have not received one reply yet.horrible customer service

      I purchased SKU: AME-AMEBF1009. When I called to request a ship date on August 23, 2021 I was informed it would not be available until December 2021. At this time I requested a refund and not to ship the item. I received email confirmation on August 23rd showing credit memo # AMS-******* for $228.89. They quoted a few days for the money to be refunded. After a week I called again and was informed it would take a couple weeks. After a couple weeks I was informed it could take up to 21 business days. As of 9/23/2021 I do not have a refund and I cannot afford to waste ***** minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone there anymore (I have never waited less than 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone and have never received a reply to any emails)

      We purchased 2 cellular trail cameras and are having trouble. I've reached out multiple times via telephone email and social media and customer service won't answer or respond We pay a monthly subscription of $30 for items that aren't working.

      I purchased a Stealth Cam Fusion Wireless camera in August, for the 2021 Deer Season. I have 13 other Stealth Cams but this is my first wireless one. I have questions about the camera but NO ONE answers the phones at GSM Outdoors!!!!! I have owned it for a month and have spent about 27 hours on HOLD. I have sent e-mails and tried to get help by posting on Facebook. No Response from anyone. Yesterday, my "1 Month Free Trial" ended and they charged me a wireless fee for a camera that I can not use. This company has the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. And this is the worst product I have ever purchased!!!! I guess the next step is to drive to Irving and see if the company really exists.

      Camera does not work and GSM offers 1 year replacement warrant. Support does not answer their phones or respond to emails. I have spent nearly 10 hours on hold over 3 calls.

      Our apologies that you have not been able to get through, our agents are busy assisting as many customers as they can. I tried to locate your order but do not see one. Since this item was not purchased through us or unless you can provide something that shows it was, I can not refund. As long as it is under warranty we would be more than happy to replace it for you. For a easier summation, you can go to Stealthcam.com and submit a warranty replacement online. I will pull the logs to see if we can address the issue with your long hold.

      *******, I tried returning your call and left you a voicemail. You never called me back. I also sent an email with my proof of purchase to ****************************** on August 23 as was instructed from a service rep. I never received a response. I followed up with 2 more emails on Aug 27 and Sept 17 and still no response. I followed every avenue as was recommended without getting a resolution. Yesterday, I was contacted by another guy from your office and hopefully this is now resolved.

      My husband ordered two Cold Steel knives in July. In August I started calling customer service at *** LLC. I provided proof of order and proof of my credit card being charged for the knives. We never received the knives and they still have my money. I just want either the knives or the money back.

      I purchased 3 Muddy wireless trail cameras. I have attempted to contact customer service several times regarding warranty claims with one of these cameras. I have tried email, phone, Face Book Messenger, Instagram Messenger, and "tagging" them on posts on both mentioned platforms in a plea to contact me. This company is absolutely unreachable regarding their products.

      On January 31, 2021 I ordered 2 gun cleaning kits that were never received. Order# ********* I contacted customer service on several occasions by phone and e-mail and was advised that the product I ordered was no longer in stock and I would be issued a refund To date, I have not received a refund, My last contact with the company was on 4/1/21 price of items ***** each plus tax. In addition it appears that I was also charged an incorrect sales tax of 10% on my order when ******* sales tax is only 7.5%

      I was given a cellular game camera as a gift for christmas this last year 2020 It was a Stealth Cam Trail-Tek I did not even open it until right before I started to scout my property and set up other cameras I own This was on about 7/30/21 I opened the package setting it up and getting it working before I go out into the field following the directions as required I figured it had been sitting for some time and I might as well go ahead and do a software update on it following directions in the instructions then it did not work again after that called technical support and they told me that the instructions were wrong the battery pack was supposed to be installed after 10 seconds not the 3 seconds as indicated in the instructions Camera will not work now send it back for replacement called for a RA#XXXXXX return authorization Also Jeremiah required I showed proof of purchase which I emailed to him sent camera back via UPS Tracked it to their facility Never heard back after emails
