    I placed two orders with Jade Mackenzie in early Feb. after seeing a post on FB claiming the skirts were in stock and ready to ship. Her website also states a 315 day shipping policy. That timeline came& went with no updates. When I reached out, I was given vague excuses like "next week" or "waiting for shipments."For almost 3 months, I stayed extremely patient. I was told only one color was out of stock, so I chose a replacement, supposedly in stock, but again heard nothing. I sent multiple emails asking for updates & received more excuses. April 14, I finally received tracking for one order, but the status stayed "label created" for nearly 2 weeks. I kept emailing about my second order, only to get the same vague promises.April 26, I finally received a package, but it was the WRONG color, with a note saying they had substituted it without asking me. That was the final straw. I sent an email laying out the timeline & stated that if the final four skirts werent actively shipped by April 29, I would take further action (filing fraud charges, reporting to the ******************************** posting public reviews). I made it clear I wasnt threatening just informing them of my next steps after months of patience.Shortly after, I received a reply stating " A full refund for not shipped orders will be processed. We are not sure what all was said in your email it was WAY too long to read but weve decided to go ahead and refund you."Rather than addressing any of my points, she sent a flippant, rude response, which matches what many others report in reviews and complaints against this business. No apology, no professionalism.While I did eventually receive a refund, it was never handled appropriately. I had foolishly given her another chance after seeing her public apology video (since deleted), even though her long history of complaints is easy to find.I share this not to tear anyone down, but to warn others. Please be cautious if you're considering placing an order.

    I was skeptical. I admit that. However, there was a beautiful apology on FB from someone, so I thought I'd give them a try when they had their $6.99 skirts. I bought 3. I LOVE THEM. The communication was superb. I would definitely recommend this company. YES there are naysayers, but the reality is, they do not speak for the rest of us. GREAT COMPANY BUY FROM THEM.

    I placed multiple orders with this company. I’ve been inquiring about my orders for months via email privately. It seems to be a pattern of selling skirts they don’t have in stock. It takes forever to receive purchases, if you receive them at all. If you check any website reviews for the company, you will see that’s it’s not a company to trust. I don’t typically post on social media, but I felt I needed to since I was met with such rudeness after trying to resolve the issue privately. Below is the latest response I received from the company. Purchase from this company at your own risk: “You will be refunded in the order received. You are free to take this public, to the pope or anywhere else for that matter but you will be refunded when they get to your order which from what I can see is this week. Unfortunately you aren’t in a place to make demands to us.”

    0 out of 10 This company is a scam. After you place your order you won’t receive your items. Customer service is arrogant and rude. Selling products they don’t have. Don’t waste your time and money. Shop elsewhere.

    0 stars!!! I noticed an ad, for $10 everyday skirts on 10/16. The ad mentioned there were 1500 available and ready for immediate shipment! I received a confirmation email stating an email will be sent once shipped. Great!! After 10 days, I hadn't heard anything, so l followed up requesting a status update on the app on 10/27. I got a fast response via email, of 'this order ships this week! As of 11/3, I still hadn't received any shipping notification, so l emailed back, asking for confirmation that skirts were shipped. This time, another fast response with 'Some colors are on backorder but we'll ship what we can tomorrow. Then on 11/7, I emailed again just to ask which items would ship and if there was a tracking number. Again, I received a quick response only stating 'All except black & brown! I replied, asking again for a tracking number. At this point, it had been 21 days. I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge as items weren't received as expected. They immediately honored the request and refunded me my money. I received an email with basically a demand to cancel the dispute or never order from them again. My reply consisted of the above mentioned timeline as to the reason for the dispute. Part of their next replies were, 'You missed out. Your loss not ours!, WOW., Unbelievable!” They proceed to send several emails telling me the bank has instructed them to send them what they have and refund me the rest. They are sure to let me know that I'm not winning this. I FINALLY received a shipping notification on 11/8! Nor have they let me know what they are refunding me.. They also let me know that I was dishonest for disputing the charge. While l'm not sure how I am dishonest for following up several times on what THEY said they were doing. I am pretty sure that dishonesty would be making a social media post that skirts are available for immediate shipment but yet, they weren't?!

    Hi Erica, It looks like your recent order has partially shipped with tracking number ********************** via usps. It’s scheduled to arrive Friday. All this info is n your account when you log in. He remaining backorder skirts have been refunded so that completes your order. It looks like your order was 4 days past our standard shipping time frame so we do apologize for that but glad you’ll have your pretties in just a few days:). Thanks for ordering!

    I placed an order for 5 skirts on 10/17/24 due a Facebook post (on 10/16/24) advertising the skirts were in stock and available for immediate shipment. I inquired about the shipment on a couple of occasions with conflicting responses. I contacted my cc company on 11/7/24 to cancel the charge due to not receiving my order. The shipment label was not created until 11/8 (after they were notified of the cc dispute)and the package didn’t arrive to the post office until 11/12 (per usps tracking). Jade Mackenzie has not refunded anything at this point. If the skirts were advertised as available for immediate shipment, but didn’t ship for 22 days, according to the latest response the shipment was delayed only 4 days? So Jade Mackenzie’s definition of immediate shipment is 18 days? That isn’t displayed anywhere on their social media pages of websites. And nothing has been refunded. The "partial shipment" was STILL not fulfilled as there was a missing item.

    I wish I could give a 0 star. I ordered a dress from Jade Mackenzie on 8/12/24. I did not really pay attention to the shipping details. I received confirmation of my order immediately. Ten days later I still had not received any confirmation that my order had shipped so I reached out via email. I did receive a reply stating that I needed to view their shipping policy that clearly states that they ship 3-15 days business days weekends not included. I honestly felt their response was cold not having a genuine feel to it even though they ended the email with this, "Thank you for being the best part of JM, Customer Care Team ??". I then contacted them via email again on 8/30/24 because I thought it was the 15th business day. I asked if my item would be shipping that day. I did add a note that probably was not necessary, stating I had received an order from China that I placed after my order with them. They again replied with a cold and calculated response, "Glad you received an order from a different company. Completely irrelevant to this order". I let them know I would be sharing my experience with others so they would know what to expect when ordering from them. They then emailed me back stating that if I was going to do that, they were cancelling my order and issued me a refund. My question is why a company waits to the last minute to ship an item, do they not have it in stock, are they trying to prove a point? I just wanted a dress. Then this morning 9/4/24, I received an email updating me on my order. They were letting me know there was a delay in shipping even though they cancelled it. This business does not operate in good faith. You should not offer items for sale if you do not have them in stock. And your customer service by far is the worst I have dealt with. It is not surprising at all that they have a F grade with the BBB. Save yourself some time and frustration and NEVER order from Jade Mackenzie Apparel Inc!!!!!

    Your responses to your customer complaints show you do not care about the concerns brought by your actions as a company. You did not resolve my issue because you cancelled my order because I stated I would share my experiences with others. You obviously have issues with your business in regard to advertising items for sale and not having them in stock to be delivered like the rest of the world does. This point was proven to me when I received an email from you after you cancelled my order and the day after my item was to be shipped stating that there was a delay in shipping my item and that I should expect further information in TWO WEEKS!!!! To end your reply's with Have a blessed day or thank you for being the best of Jade Mackenzie is a complete joke.

    I placed an order over two months ago and never received the product. They only offer store credit refunds if you wish to not "wait" for your back orders. In an effort to no longer do business with this company, I filed a dispute with my bank and thankfully received my money back. Highly recommend doing this if you're in the same situation. She absolutely discourages this as to have control over your money and to further gaslight you. This allows her to pocket your hard earned money while giving you the run around. I don't care how much the monetary value was spent on this business, you don't with hold product, lie, manipulate, get angry with your clients. Do better, ma'am! She claims to also have shipped the product only after I submitted a dispute. I can't trust this business not especially after reading the horrible reviews. She has a pattern of doing this to her clients. Absolute trash of a business. Spend your money at an honest small business because this one is not it.
