Previously a customer for a little over 2 years received excellent service paid all invoices. Appears they changed ownership and/or workers and failed to perform services for leaf removal. I called and complained I was invoiced for services not performed coupled with photos of excessive leaves all in my shrubs and throughout the grass. I was told the workers could not be stripped of their wages and they would correct the problem. On camera the worker returned but failed to remove leaves from shrub area. I was told you are still responsible for the workers coming out $81 I sent numerous emails with no resolve. They have attempted to withdraw money from my account at least ten times and continue to this day. An attempt was made on 5/1/24 since this time I have paid another service to remove the leaves from the shrub. I gave Thompson landscaping opportunities to correct the problem with no resolve. I have terminated their services due to poor customer service. Prior to ending their services. I notified them to cancel a lawn service during the fall. The email response was we were behind on our emails and did not get to it. You can try to catch the guys otherwise you still have to pay. Well of course I cant catch their guys and paid for a service not performed
