    Hello, I hope you are doing well. I had my car repaired by Trusted Business and Auto Concern LLC on January 22, 2025. I paid out of pocket because the insurance company of the individual who hit me were having a hard time getting in contact with her (I had been waiting over a month by then). After the repairs to my car were done, the insurance company (**********************************************) reaches out to me, letting me know they accept 100% liability and I would need to send over an invoice from the body shop and before/after pictures of the repairs. On February 12, 2025 I reached out to Trusted LLC about the invoice. From that day on, Ive been met with false promises about sending and attaining the invoice. I have called, texted, and repeatedly requested the invoice for over the last month but the shop has either ignored my calls and messages or made vague assurances without following through. At this point, I am really concerned that I will not be able to obtain the necessary documentation from them without going the legal route. All I am asking for is an invoice so I can get my money back from the insurance company.

    I found a 2008 Hondo Civic through ******** Marketplace ***************** and arranged to meet the seller at his home. I paid $4500 through Zelle under the impression the car was in good condition, however, the ** was not working. Moreover, title of vehicle was never mailed to me. I asked him to repair the **. He promised to fix within a week, so I left the car in the shop. I even paid for ** Refrigerant. However, the ** was not repaired on time, so I asked him to return the money after one and half months of car being in his shop, but he never refunded the money. After I had given up on the car, he told me after two months the ** was fixed. Now I don't have the car back and the money is not refunded yet for about 11 months.Also after buying the Civic, I had a 2007 Lexus VIN ***************** which had a transmission problem. I sought assistance from the same dealer on his promise of making it in working condition. I agreed and paid for towing, used engine, engine replacement, ************* pump, battery replacement, exhaust repair, & oil change. I paid him $2817 for Towing, engine, labor, and ************* pump. And as per his suggestion, I paid $80 for Muffler repair, Motor and muffler connection $75, new battery $100, and oil change $40. Despite these investments, the Lexus remains inoperable, and the seller has shown no interest in rectifying the situation.Furthermore, I had to pay for many Uber rides my place to his mechanic shop and his home. Since I don't have a car, I had to pay for trips to grocery store, gym, and visits to my friends. I used most of my savings to buy the car, so I didn't have any money to buy another car. Adding to the distressing experience, the shop owner made racist remarks, referring to me as "Indians" despite my nationality being Nepalese, and subjected me to verbal abuse multiple times. In addition, I was forced to follow up daily to ensure progress, only to be met with empty promises.
