I took my car in on 21 Dec 2021 to get a quote for some paint and body work that I need completed. I walked around the car with the technician and pointed out all the scratches and dents that I wanted to have repaired. The tech quoted me $3449.35 and told me when I could drop it off. Upon completion, I paid the balance then looked around the car checking the work and noticed the incomplete door and finder. I pointed out to the tech that some of the work was not completed due to there still being visible scratched on the passenger door and finder. The tech stated that it was his fault, he did not put it in the quote and that it would cost me an additional $200 to have the work completed. I also stated to the tech that the change that had been left in my car was missing and had been stolen during the time my car was in the shop for work. So not only do I have to Pay additional money for work that should have been completed, but I have to leave my car there longer while continuing to pay for a rental car, but I also was stolen from in the process.

Took my car into the shop December 2023 for a full body paint. It was at the time wrapped and that needed to be removed. The technician said it was not a wrap because of the oxidation (I had it wrapped years prior and knew it was a wrap). I thought I made it clear that it was a wrap. A week later I got a call asking about the wrap, and little later the same week got another call to come talk about the vehicle. The technician stated it would need a new hood and trunk due to the old paint being cracked. Im not TOO involved with painting however I know it couldve been sanded down, Im assuming they didnt want to do the extra work. The parts get ordered and some time passes before they arrive. After a short while, nearing the end of January, I stop by to check the progress. Find out a worker had melted the rear bumper (trying to remove the wrap with heat?). They had to order another one, and that turned out to be 3-4 bumpers due to them coming in damaged or missing hardware. Wasnt until the first week of APRIL that I finally saw paint on the vehicle. It wouldnt be done till the next day as a door had runs in it. The next day ended up being another 2 days. When I finally was able to receive my car, my plate was missing, interior trim was damaged, exterior trim that was taken off the doors was never replaced or painted. There are pen scribbles on my center console and the wires for my trunk release were cut.
