************ & the shop conducted shady tactics while dealing with my vehicle and insurance claim!************ stated the shop will only use OEM parts on your vehicle (this comes after parts where ordered and put on the vehicle four days earlier than quoted to the insurance company, as I believe they knew there tactic wouldnt be discovered until I went to go pick up vehicle, and the numbers were doubled from what the insurance company originally quoted and adding an additional $2400-$2500 onto the invoice thats were we learned about OEM ; even if they speak with insurance company and insurance company gives them return quote with after market prices they moved forward with OEM, and between dialogue between the adjuster and shop both insurance company and shop both displayed to me untruthfulness and lack of full professionalism as the shops job is to make money for the shop word directly out of ************** mouth as he made other statements, in to which I found him be dishonest. After fight with insurance for doctored new invoice with OEM pricing on a full exhaust system that was fully intact when I dropped vehicle, yet Infiniti supposedly sent them back a picture of a cut exhaust system that they couldnt get credit back for. The team went as far as to create fake email traffic to justify them charging me $250 extra on top of the new invoice and then *********** was very adamant that that was that and I couldnt get my car unless it was paid and that was coming from The owned himself (*******************) in which I requested to speak with, got on the phone with someone stating that they were ***** but did not elect to take my offer to come see him day of with the paperwork and my concerns. Instead he (*******************) tried to justify he was the one that received the call from Infiniti about core And sent me some made up invoice, with no other justification.************ stated we dont absorb core charges, talking in circles in attempt to insult my intelligence.Business Response

Dear ******************,
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns regarding your recent experience with Eurotech ********* We apologize for any confusion or frustration you *** have experienced during the repair process.
Firstly, we want to clarify the issues you raised about OEM parts and the discrepancies in pricing. When we initially received the insurance quote, it was based on an aftermarket parts pricing. However, as we only use OEM parts to maintain the quality and integrity of our repairs, there was a difference in cost. We communicated this change to both you and the insurance company to ensure transparency.Regarding the exhaust system, we understand your concerns about the core charge. We have included pictures from the selling dealer that declined the core return, which unfortunately cost an additional $250. We always strive to be transparent about additional costs that *** arise during the repair process.
Our insurance policy, which we've attached below for your reference, outlines our commitment to quality service and the challenges that can arise when working with extended warranty or insurance companies. We work diligently to advocate for our customers and ensure that repairs meet our high standards, even if it means spending numerous hours negotiating with insurance adjusters to cover the correct labor rate.
Here are some key points from our policy that relate to your concerns:OEM Parts: We only use OEM parts to ensure the highest quality repairs.
Insurance Challenges: We understand that working with insurance companies can be challenging due to narrow coverage and delays in decision-making. We strive to keep our customers informed throughout this process.
Customer Responsibility: Any costs not covered by your policy, including deductibles and additional charges, are the responsibility of the customer. We aim to provide upfront estimates when possible.
Timelines: Repairs involving insurance companies *** take longer due to waiting for decisions or inspections. We do our best to expedite the process but cannot guarantee specific timelines.
We regret any miscommunication or misunderstandings that occurred during your repair process. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services and communication moving forward.
Thank you for choosing Eurotech ********* We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again and exceed your expectations.
Sincerely,Eurotech ******** Team

I am rejecting this response because: the *** parts are not the issue as they know I got that resolved with the insurance company, this company still stole $250 dollars from me, and I have the made up email that I would like to forward to BBB if a email can be provided so they can see they whole made up ordeal and the fake email traffic. There is no documentation to support rejected core charges as that has nothing to do with me. AS WE PAID for the work already and 2-3 weeks later the day of picking up my vehicle ************ from Euro tech blatantly lied and fabricated a email and put the worker ******* on the phone to act like ***** aware the ownerthere reply is unacceptable and does not justify the core charge as they have no written police that has been published and in place for the business.

I am rejecting this response because: where is the published legal policy that states, customers beware if the core is not credited we going to charge you additional funds to cover it! After you already received your final invoice with all details and nothing stating anything about a core. How can you pay TOP dollar for the parts and labor and customers continue to acquire additional ghost charges when its check out time.
************ said send it to your insurance theyll know what it is..Insurance denied it and stated we wouldnt cover that and you shouldnt be covering that either. (USAA) they would would not let me get my vehicle without paying that additional ghost funds of $250

On 3-7-2024 I had my 2008 *** 335I in for a diagnostic for what I explained to ******************* as a overheating and Coolant leak issue with my car. I was called back with a quote for what he told me the certified mechanics said that would solidify the issue and found why it was the problem and assured me moving forward that I would be able to safely drive my car once the repairs was done. So After a few days I was called back to be told from **** that they found something else wrong that needed to be addressed. The fan motor needed to be repaired and something on the battery needed to be fixed because codes was coming back reading those particular issues. So believing **** for more repairs that would help my car run better I was charged for them to replace those items. After everything done and was told that now my car no longer will leak fluid and overheat. I was charged exactly ******* dollars. After I finally picked my *** up at a place that said they specialize in those types of vehicles. I drove it with confidence after **** stated that it would be fine and I would not have those issues after its worked on. Now that im at my job in Temple ** and later that day after work to get home, Service lights and warnings of low coolant and engine overheating warnings on the instrumentals came on immediately. I barely made it to a gas station to stop and have the car cool down to come to the inclination that no fluid is in the overflow tank at all and for sure I was given back my car with it that low possibly causing further damage after pickup. So I barely make it back that same day to give it back after being told it was repaired the issues that caused what I'm bringing it back for. I was able to speak to the owner ******************* that day and he stated to me that it seems like you purchased a bunch of plastic parts And said he knew all about my situation and would be willing to help. My wife and I came the next day, asked to speak to the owner...**** got MAD and called police.Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by ****************** regarding his experience at Eurotech on 03/02/24.
Upon ******************' initial visit, Eurotech conducted a thorough diagnostic and inspection for cooling leaks, as per his description of overheating and coolant leak issues with his 2008 *** 335I. Following the diagnostic, Eurotech replaced multiple cooling parts on 03/05/24 based on their findings. However, subsequent to the parts replacement, the vehicle began to overheat due to a faulty cooling fan controller. Recognizing this issue, Eurotech promptly replaced the cooling fan and conducted pressure tests and an 11-mile test drive, which showed no signs of leaks or issues. The repairs were completed on 03/12/24, and ****************** picked up the vehicle two weeks later on 03/26/24.
On 03/28/24, ****************** returned, reporting a leak. Eurotech engaged with ******************, assuring him that the vehicle would be further inspected to determine the cause of the issue. ****************** disclosed that the vehicle had undergone a repair at another shop, *************, for a heater hose replacement but continued to experience leaks and overheating afterward. Eurotech proposed to diagnose the problem before proceeding with any additional action, emphasizing the warranty covering the replaced parts. ****************** agreed to leave the vehicle for inspection at no charge.
Subsequently, on 03/29/24 at 1:55 pm, ****************** and his wife returned, demanding the vehicle be fixed at no charge. Eurotech reiterated that the vehicle was scheduled for inspection but was met with dissatisfaction. The situation escalated, resulting in ****************** and his wife refusing to leave the premises despite being asked to do so. Eurotech eventually sought assistance from law enforcement to ensure their departure. During this interaction, Eurotech noted that the vehicle was allowed to run for an extended period, potentially risking engine damage due to the coolant leak.At Eurotech, we understand ******************' frustration and are committed to resolving the issue promptly and effectively. However, it's crucial to ascertain the root cause of the problem before determining the appropriate solution.
Upon ******************' return on 03/28/24, reporting a leak, Eurotech assured him that the vehicle would undergo further inspection to identify the source of the issue. If any part installed by Eurotech is found to be faulty, it falls under warranty, and repairs would be conducted at no additional charge. Our proposed solution is straightforward: Eurotech will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle to identify the specific failure or issue causing the reported leaks. Once the root cause is determined, appropriate action will be taken, whether it involves repairing or replacing faulty components covered under warranty.
We value ******************' satisfaction and trust in Eurotech's services. Rest assured, we will prioritize resolving this issue promptly and transparently.
We regret any inconvenience experienced by ****************** but stand by our commitment to providing thorough diagnostics and quality repairs to our customers.Initial Complaint

Absolute con artists!Paid a fortune to have engine replaced on my 2011 Range Rover Sport. As part of the swap injectors were replaced. But because I didnt pay for them as they screwed up and failed to tell me. they now want to charge $1100 to replace a fuel injector. Yet I have an invoice that lists me paying $122 x 8 for new injectors.10/6/21 Not even 8 months later.Engine they ordered so they claim arrived damaged so I had to provide the engine. Now all I hear is you provided the engine not covered.Absolute disgrace!!!Will never use them again.Business Response

I apologize for the confusion we have with this situation. The engine was replaced in your Land Rover on 10/06/21. The reason for engine replacement was that the engine had been severely overheated. This caused the engine to fail internally. With the engine out and disassembled we discovered the injectors were melted from the severe overheating of the engine. At this point, we made the decision to replace the injectors at our cost for the part and with no additional labor. The engine would not have started or run without them. Yes, we were wrong in making this decision for you.
When you came to pick up the vehicle after engine repair, you expressed immediate concern about the cost of the injectors. I personally contacted you the next day to resolve any issues you might have had. You and I determined in a face-to-face meeting that I would refund you the cost of the injector and we would credit it on additional repairs that you needed on Range Rover ($823.72) as well as another vehicle you had in for service for $157.72. (VW Passat)
Regardless of how parts are invoiced or credited, the injectors they were of no cost to you. The purpose of this was to make the injector system whole again. Melted injectors or new injectors, we simply replaced them for you as a courtesy. I am unable to warranty something that we did not charge for. I apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to talk to you in person or on the phone if you need further explanation. Also see copy of credit invoice.

I really dont get this.
Yes they messed up and installed the injectors without telling me.
But I hired them to replace the engine. As a job, so part of that job was to make sure it ran.
They claim they refunded $832. The injectors alone were $122 each plus labor.
I just wanted them to honor the job they did.
How can companys do this and still have a A+ rating? I got ripped off form day one on this job. So yes I checked the **** and disputed things I didnt approve. Its like you question anything you get screwed in the long run.
I was able to replace the injector with the exact same one they installed. They should at least cover my costs for the part and the special tool needed to remove and install injectors. Its almost like they do this on purpose to be able to charge more after the main job.
I have a engine with part warranty part not. So confusing.

I am sorry for the confusion. Regarding the injector install, you were not charged for labor when we installed the injectors we only originally charged you for the part (injectors). Then as stated in previous reply, we refunded you the price of injectors at ****** each x 8 for a total of ******. 157.72 was applied to the invoice of your *********** that was here for A/C issues. The remainder ****** was applied to your second Land Rover invoice for a grand total of ****** for your refund. I apologize for the confusion hope this helps. I am glad to hear that the vehicle is fixed.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:they are saying the 981.44$ Included labour? Nope thats just the part, and they just quoted me $1100 to replace one injector. So 122 for parts the other 978 was labour. So out of the $**** I paid in labour charges they claim none of that was billed labour for injector?either way, a part that was replaced during the engine swap went bad, they tried to get me to pay $1100 for fixing it. I am disabled and its really painful for me to have to work on my car. Hence me hiring them to complete the engine swap. Ive also had to strip the front end of the car down so I could tighten the bolts that bolt the body to the frame which was only finger tight and causing a knocking sound on direction change. They failed to torque these bolts. Has cost me 2 shop inspections and replacement of the complete front suspension in trying to fix the k o king ****** Which in just parts was over $2000.
I have absolutely no faith in the shop going anywhere near my car now. Who knows what else they could do.
it really does sadden me to see how bad things have gotten all because I questioned why the estimate I was given and the final statement was so far off. When you give your car to a shop, you are entrusting them to do what you ask without ripping you off. I paid them over **** in labour charges so they got a lot of labour billed. And they are still trying to bleed me dry.
what am I going to do if the engine fails? Something internal? I cant take it back to them, **** told me very clear they dont want my business or for me to go back to them. So the warranty on the engine swap isnt going to get honored.
how can I get the warranty honored?
Regards,

In response to the engine warranty question, the warranty with your engine would be honored through the supplier. I have no information on the supplier, this engine was supplied be you the customer. If you were to have internal issues with the engine I would reach out to the supplier for warranty information. Most supplier/manufactures provide multi-year and and multi-mileage warranty on their engine products. This should be noted on your purchase invoice when you bought the engine.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:what about all the parts I paid for during the engine swap? Head gaskets, ***************, fuel pump seal, water outlet plug, cooling hose, fuel supply manifold, purge valve hose, purge valve solenoid? How is that warranty going to be honored? Also never explained how you billed me for injectors when the parts alone dont add up.
Again was made clear you dont want my business, so how does a failure from one of the above get honored?
