On September I had a check sent from Billpay for my rent, for which the funds had been removed I assumed it was paid and it wasnt. Landlord contacted me on 9/29/21 stating still hadnt received rent, this is the second time it has happened. At this time I had closed my account not knowing it hadnt been paid. The banker informed me that they could open the account put the funds in reissue them and reclose the account to call 1st thing in AM. I called then they tell me they cant do that, I had 3 bankers tell me that it could be done. Was toled a stopped put on check and that it would take **** days for new one. Which I had been told I could pick it up at branch instead of mailing it. On 10/15 called cause still hadnt received check they put me on hold for 45 minutes to see if they even mailed it and to have me call back on 10/18. On 10/18 still no check makes no sense cause out of 2 checks didnt receive not one, however the check for $1.30 I received in days. Then they tell me it will take 90 days to get it I dont think they sent it cause its done through a 3rd party company. Twice I was told **** days now all of a sudden its 90days. My landlord has now attached a $100 late fee I think they should pay for, plus in process of filing eviction. That means I will loose my mobile home I will loose my home I just paid for because they wont give me my money. I need my $671.54. I need my money so I dont loose my home an can pay rent. Every time I spoke with a banker I was told a different story, I have also spoken with 9 different bankers and managers, anyway you can please help me with this matter. I need my money ASAP or I'm gonna loose my home and I just paid for it. Please hel.Business response

I filed a dispute claim with my bank on 10/6/2021 due to my account being hacked. I was told that my account would be credited within 10 business due to an investigation. A third party representative informed myself and bank representative that there wasn't any wrong doing on my end. Ii has been 3 weeks, 3rd party closed their part and I have not been reimbursed by my bank. I keep getting the run around from them.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I was lied to by the bank staff. My bank account which is through First National Bank Of Texas was hacked and money was stolen from me. **************** Gift Card stated they didn't find fraud on my end. After thex4th call in investigation the representative from **************** changed her statement. Bank saw it was fraud and refused to reimburse me.

I was told by 2 bank managers I would have over draft on my account. I have accumulated 4 fees that I want removed since my account was opened. I believe I was lied to as well. Im contacting the *** and ****************** of this isnt resolved. This bank is taking fees and NOT paying the actual charge that caused this fee. ******* wS actually fined for this sane action this bank is now doing. I asked for *********************. Never got a call from her to this day.Customer response

They had insisted blasting all my credentials on a compromised device devices over a year and a half and they know that Ive been compromisedEvery single time having to call to ask for somebody speak to way up to a supervisor they asking for account number birthdate social security number drivers license number every single bit of private information when they have a security word to verify then count when the account is only supposed to be verified by the security guard they have compromised identity and I have had money stolen for me theyre making matters worse for me every single time I try to call I have had my identity stolenBusiness response

I would like to file a formal complaint about 1st convenience bank loan department. I am Absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the way my loan was handled by your loan department. I was Discriminated against and made to feel like I have not been in business with this bank since 2009! I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me to discuss further details regarding this major issue.Business response

I had achieved enough banking to be given overdraft privileges which I specifically asked for. I was trying to make a purchase because I was under the assumption I had said privileges to find out during this checking out process that I didnt.Business response
