  Please stop this place from robbing us!!Money grabbers. Stay far away from this place. Im shocked and dont know what to do to get out from this contract. God save us all

  I contacted this company because a house they manage has tenants with dogs that have destroyed parts of our privacy fence. I was advised by ******* that she would look into it but she didnt know what she could do when it wasnt their fence we own it. I was promised a follow up call about their tenants destroying our property and how/when it would be repaired and no call was provided. When I called back the secretary had the worst attitude and said I should just wait. The problem is I habe a young child and now my fence is unsecure where dogs that do not belong to me can easily get through my fence and harm my child. Im no longer comfortable in the backyard of the home I own due to this damage. I will be filing a small claims case against the owners of the property and the realty company.

  *************** ************** did contact our office around noon on October 10th with a concern of damage to her fence. Our staff was very professional when they spoke to her while she called in with a demanding, frustrated tone.  From there we contacted the owner and verified that the fence does belong to the neighbor and we scheduled a property inspection for the next day, October 11th.  Despite our immediate efforts on this, Mrs. ************** continued to contact our office repeatedly through the day in a very rude and unprofessional manner, demanding that this was an emergency. Mrs. ************** also showed up to our office where she pretended to speak on behalf of the homeowner (our client) and began to question and harass our staff.  She was even filming the entire visit.  Her behavior was so erratic and atrocious that she was asked to leave. Prior to this, *************** ************** had even gotten into a physical altercation with the previous tenants of this same home.  With her tone and attitude the last time and this time, her husband has felt it necessary to contact us to apologize for her behavior. We did speak to Mr. ************** at 5:37pm on October 10th letting him know that the damage to the fence is not our responsibility as the landlord and that we can only charge our tenants for damages done to our homeowners property and any damages to their property would have to be taken care of between the ************** family and our tenants as a civil matter. Mr. ************** was also reminded that his wife was not welcome at our place of business and was not to contact our staff. Mr. ************** acknowledged that he understood and again apologized for his wifes behavior. 
  
  
  In summary, when a resident of ours does damage to someone else's property, there's nothing we can do.  We have no jurisdiction over that situation and it has to be remedied between the two parties.  Our tenant is in full compliance with their lease and our property owner is very satisfied with our services.  Both our tenant and our property owner understand that they have a neighbor who has shown a history of questionable judgement and behavior.
  
  
  *************** ************** has threatened us with legal action in this review and in previous communication.  She has also libeled our company with untrue statements on a public forum.  She is welcome to take this review down, along with all of the others, and stay far away from our place of business and our online pages.  Otherwise, we will gladly meet her in a court of law to settle this once and for all.

  ***** and **** at Linnemann Realty have been amazing through the whole process of selling my grandparents home. We, unfortunately, had a terribly problematic buyers realtor, and both ***** and **** went above and beyond in protecting us and standing up for us, when needed. I highly recommend the firm, as well as ***** and ****.

  The leasing office is very nice.However, my experience with this company has been a roller coaster. Firstly, when I selected a property I wanted, the Director of ******* took so long to respond that someone else took the property before I could get it even though I asked for it a week in advance. I ended up having to rent from a place that was $300 more a month than my first choice. Afterward, things were mostly fine until I got to the end of my lease. The Director of Leasing and a female CSR began giving me mixed information over the phone on how to properly end my lease. Because of this, I ended up paying an extra months rent. After I had cleaned the place (paid for their recommended service) and repaired/painted the walls, they charged me for a re-inspection fee after they repaired the place again. Everyone Ive mentioned this to has said that they have never heard of a re-inspection fee before. Renting from this company has been a lot of confusion and miscommunication, and it does seem that some of the employees there are after your money, but there are also some good ones. The accounting department was on top of things when it came to fixing their mistakes, and I had a great experience working with ******** on getting my dispute resolved. Overall, if it were not for accounting I would have given them maybe 2 stars. But, this is also from a renters perspective. I dont know much about the buyers side, but Im sure its a better experience.

  These people are nice until you sign the lease. Then theres a constant lack of communication between the employees. They break verbal contracts and are money hungry. I got two different responses from maintenance about an issue, two different responses from accounting about an issue, I have evidence of them (*****************************) lying via email and then repeatedly saying they didnt as if the words arent right there in the thread for them to read what they wrote. They are so unprofessional that they will go up to even 6 days without responding to you following up about an issue that youve been ignored by another employee regarding. Its so sad that they take advantage of military families and see them simply as a dollar sign instead of people. I even referred people to them at first until I started noticing all of their backwards ways. Rent from somebody else. Just look at their reviews on yelp it speaks for itself on how scandalous they seem to have become.

  ***************** has been charged for an electrical maintenance service trip fee due to the fact that when the vendor arrived at the property,they found that it was a tripped breaker.  ***************** was told in writing multiple times to check her breakers and the **** to ensure that they are not in the tripped position.  We send that to all of our tenants as a reminder so that they don't have to incur any charges by technicians. Troubleshooting of this nature is also reflected in her lease agreement.  When an individual places a stop payment on an item after it is already in process they are liable for the associated fee.  Staff has recommended on many occasions to not use the autopay feature if the availability of funds is questionable. We have been providing *********** services in the Central ***** area for almost 30 years to include numerous military members and their families with several military members on staff.  We here at Linnemann Realty have always supported our military community and are very proud and thankful for their service and sacrifice.
