      Returned an item 5 seconds after purchasing..they said would be credited to my account. A month later, nothing. You cant call them as theor phone number is a recording to go to website. The website says email will be sent for you to confirm yet keeps looping after you confirm asking you to confirm. After 3/4 attempts to different emails w same thing I contacted my bank! Its absolutely ridiculous that a business has NO phone number. I read online that people drove hours away and left stuff there and needed to call to ask about their lost items, several times, different people. Or they had issues like mine. They better get their s*** together, iis very poor customer service!!

      I went to the location in ******,*****. Multiple people were very rude about my service animal in how they asked questions. One worker wouldn't even ring me up and I had to go into another line.

      IF you are Gluten free due to celiac's disease, there are no options for purchase of any of Buc-ee's brisket or pork sandwiches without a bun or flour tortilla because it's against Standard Operating Procedure (SAP). When I requested they put the meat, cheese and other sandwich in ingredients into a cup the Manager told me this was against ***. When I tried to educate Buc-ee's to use the term "gluten friendly" via a complaint message there was no response. The above seems to me like a reasonable accommodation to a medical condition. If anyone else has had this problem I would like to hear from them. I will never visit another Buc-ee's and tell others about this experience.Frustrated from ****

      Katy Buc-cees: Placed food out for sale but then wouldn't sell the food. Specifically, a bakery item that I could order, and it could be made for me, but I couldn't buy the several that were out for sale. Why you ask? Well...it seems consumers aren't allowed to purchase jalapeno sausage kolaches at 3:58. You have to wait until 4, unless you want to order one.

      Placed an order for a Buc-ee’d gift card for a family member on 11/6/2024 but never got it. I called Customer Service and the first person I spoke too couldn’t find my order, had to speak to a Manager who did refund me but refused to send me another card and said he couldn’t guarantee I would get another card. You try to call the corporate office and they say they are not available to talk to anyone and you will have to email them, bucee’s apparently does not care about their customer service if they are not willing to talk to them! Do not order gift cards from them,

      I bought a couple of T-shirts on 11/11/24 in Leeds, Al and was charged twice for one of them. I live over an hour away and can't just ride back down to the store. There's not a number to reach anyone, it just directs you to contact them through their website. I've contacted them 3 times and have yet to hear from anyone!!! I love going to Bucees, but this is ridiculous, and the love is fading quickly!!

      As a loyal Buc-ee's fan, I've made countless stops here, going out of my way to fill up and stock up on essentials for every road trip... going out of my way to support buc-ee's even if they're not near me on every day gas fill ups. This year, I was thrilled to upgrade to an EV (******** *****), excited to continue supporting Buc-ee's with each charge! But I was genuinely disappointed to discover that the charging stations only cater to ***** vehicles, leaving other EV owners like myself without an option.
      Buc-ee's has always been a leader in convenience and community, and now there's an opportunity to lead in sustainability too. By expanding charging options to include all EV brands, Buc-ee's could welcome a broader base of eco-conscious travelers, making a substantial impact on the environment while attracting more loyal customers. I look forward to the day when I can pull into Buc-ee's, knowing they've committed to supporting all EV drivers. Until then, my visits will be less frequent, but I'm hopeful they'll join us on the journey toward a greener future - sooner rather than later!

      The manager named Trent at the Daytona store was very rude and called the police on me and my daughters. I did not realize that my 10lb dog that was in a carrier bag could not be in the store. When the manager told us that the dog was not allowed in the store, we started to walk towards the door. I asked the manager if I could check out before leaving. Initially, he told me yes. Then, he got upset that my dog's carrier bag was in the cart. He told me that he was calling the police and proceeded to dial 911. I felt humiliated and upset when we were complying. I am a US Navy veteran and I suffer from PTSD. My dog is an emotional support animal. I understand that my animal needs to be a service dog now after reading the rules online for him to be in the store. However, I do not feel that the manager's action was necessary and his actions towards us was extreme. I did not do anything to him but I recommend that this manager gets training in customer relations and customer service. He went from 0 to 1000. He should not be the store manager. Perhaps, him working in the back of the store would be more fitting until he has completed his training. I will not patronize this establishment anymore. I have never had someone call the police on me. This is unacceptable!!!

      Buc-ees Has the Very Worst Customer Service I have ever seen in my Lifetime. Worst than ****** if you can believe that. A friend left their wallet on the cashier's counter She noticed as she was boarding a flight back home 1800 Miles away. So, we drove to the Bucees 75 miles away only to be told that we had to go thru their website to get it back it has been 2 weeks we have sent 10 requests to the website and have had zero response.
