      July 2022 I paid over $30,000 for repair work that encountered countless delays and took just under 5 months to complete. After just a few months one of the rebuilt motors went out in November 2022. I contacted Plano Marine and they were not able to have someone look at the problem until they came back from holiday break the second week of January. Once they established it was a bad engine block they assured me that they would pull the old motor out ahead of time so they could put the new one in when it arrived. After a couple weeks of delays when they completed the work the engine block that was put in was determined to be bad and a different block had to be ordered. The engine block was scheduled to be delivered on 3/7/23. I have called numerous times and left messages to try and get a timeline for the work to be completed and have not received a response back. Communication has been a problem in the past so I make a point to go there in person to receive communication. Plano Marine suffered damage to their building from a storm on March 2nd so I am not able to go to the service ************************. While I understand this storm has had an effect on this current delay in repair work this has little to do with the lack of response to my calls and text to try and establish a timeline.

      I don't know how these people are in business, I bought a $400,000+ from Gray R** @ Plano Marine in 2017 - until the deal was funded these people were awesome. Then when it came to service, and maintenance these people are the ABSELUT WORST I've ever deal with. I reach out to Denise Hoyle in mid February 2022 to line up my boat for service, "please see attached screen shop of the emails" Today is May 18th, 2022 and I can't even get a return email from these people. TOTAL CAR SALESMAN BOAT DEALERSHIP. I'm warning you to go somewhere else, not because I'm being disgruntle or mean, but because I don't want you to spend a lot of money on a cheap product that these people can NOT service. I don't write many 1* reviews, but when I do, they deserve it. I decided to sell my boat with MarineMax and they are servicing the boat. Which is de-winterizing, checking batteries, and topping off fluids. I've had enough with boating thanks to Plano Marine. I'm warning you all who read this and the attached screen shots. This is a poorly run business, horrible communications, weak leadership, disconnected teamwork, no mission statement, and communications is horrible. This business will go under when the economic crash gets here.

      *********, I am so saddened to read your review all over social media.
      I have communicated with you as much as I can as a service writer.
      You first reached out to me via email on 3/31/22 to be added to our schedule. At that time we had a minimum of 50 boats on our list for scheduling and we have 1 certified technician capable of doing the work needed. If you ask any service center, finding trained technicians is extremely hard right now.

      The boats that we have worked on prior to your boat all had additional work needed and took longer than expected. A service industry isn't as easy to organize as a customer may think. What we expect to take one day may take 2-5 days or as much as a month depending on the problems we find when we haul the boat out.

      The only email I didn't respond to was from yesterday and that is because I needed to talk to my technician and find out when he will be done with his boat at Texoma. He has been on that lake all week. My apologies for not emailing and letting you know that I needed to talk to him but figured one day delaying a response wouldn't be an issue. I have always answered your phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

      According to your review it appears you have found someone else to service your boat - I will remove you from our schedule and again, I apologize we weren't able to service your boat in a quicker time frame.
