            11/30/2023 I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent move with Firehouse movers. On November 30, 2023, I utilized their services and spent over $1800. While the movers were helpful in taking apart my bed, desk, and other larger items, I have encountered significant issues post-move.One major issue is the damage to my 75 **. I only recently discovered that the ** is broken when I finally had the opportunity to set it up. It has been in my closet since the move, and upon plugging it in, the damage was evident.Given the significant expense and the poor service provided, I am seeking appropriate compensation for the damaged ** and any other items that *** have been affected by their negligent handling. I have contacted the moving company but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
