STAY AWAY!!! If you want your furniture to arrive safely. I would give them less than 1 star if offered. I had MoveCo move my furnishings from my home to their storage in October of 2020 when I sold my home waiting for my home to be completed with construction. I paid for the climate controlled area to protect my belongings while in storage. I finally closed on my home in July 2021 and had my furnishings delivered to me at my new home. EVERYTHING I put in storage was damaged.. It had water damage on my mattress and box springs like it had been submerged in water the entire time. ALL of my furniture looked like it had been dropped and scraped on the concrete.I watched the movers drop my new TV, less than 1 year old that cost me over $2500 new and I was offered a TOTAL settlement of less than $300 for everything!!! This company is there to SCREW YOU over, take your money for storage and moving. I paid $260/month for my furnishings to be protected and secure while I was waiting to move into my new home and all I have to show for it is water saturated box spring and mattresses, furniture that is now swollen due to high humid conditions and damage on all of my furniture from being dropped or drug on the concrete. I can provide proof if I were allowed to upload photos, but unable to do so.I lost over $10K in furnishings due to the ignorance of this company. Don't expect Duke to do you any favors, I was told he ask his drivers and no one would confess. my only words to anyone reading this is STAY AWAY, if you want your stuff to arrive undamaged. I paid them $260/ month for 10 months and $2k to move it and all I get is damaged goods they will not and don't want to take responsibility for. Pretty sad when you watch them drop your TV and break it and no one will own up to it, let alone the stuff I had in climate controlled storage. I don't feel it was ever in climate controlled storage since it had mold and mildew on everything that was brought to my home plus water damage to the bedding and furniture. This is a shaddy company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They didn't even offer to make it right with me. Wish I had used AB Moving like I was told to do originally.
