Don't go here. Someone ran into my car. It was deemed their fault. The insurance had me go to Enterprise. Bad move. I had a reserve, but I was there three hours and left with no car. The location ******************************************, people were rude and more interested in hitting on the Girls.Review from Allie M

This company created some damage to the car ************************************ rented for me to use my paint-peeling warranty/recall. They said I returned it on 4/28 (Friday) when I returned it on 4/27 (Thursday) at 12:10 p.m. They charged me for damages I did not cause and kept my $ 50 deposit. They sent me two (2) invoices where they mentioned loss and on the phone they mentioned damage. Creating several stories that did not even match what they said on the phone. Their created dates were 5/4 and 5/10 and I asked them how I could cause damage to a car in May if I had returned it in April. They did not make any sense and finally stopped sending me emails with different incidents and dates when I asked my bank to take care of those issues for me.When I received the car on 3/9/2023, I took pictures of the scratches and other damages it had, in front of the manager and he tried to stop me from taking pictures stating "he was not picky". I said to him that I might need proof, just in case. I am so glad I took those pictures.I will never use this company again. Awful customer service and they were trying to charge me for something they knew for sure I had not caused. Fortunately, I did not give them any extra money. I hope my bank will make them pay back for what they charged me for no reason.
