Company came out to upgrade electricity for house. The first day they came they put in next breaker boxes but at 5pm they left though job wasn't completed. We were without stove, clothes dryer, central ac/heating, and celling fan and light in livingroom. The next day it started to rain and did so for the next week so no one was able to come back out and finish with the upgrades. When they did come out instead of 2 guys like the first day there was 6 or 7. When they finished I asked them about light and fan in living room cause it wasn't working. The guy in charge looked at it but it was after 5 so I was instructed he would have the girl in office call me with appointment to have someone come look at it. 2 weeks later I called office to find out what was going on. The next week 2 guys came out and 3 hours later got it fixed and my understanding the wires had been hooked up wrongly. Now I paid almost $3,000 for the upgrade and the light and fan worked perfectly before they did any work.but then received a new bill for fan and light. That I feel they are responsible for it not working to begin with as well as because central ac/ heating unit had been turn off had a rat get inside causing over $800 damage to unit I paid to have fixed. Now they have threatened to void my warranty if I don't pay the 2nd bill. I didn't mess neither any electrical anything nor did anyone else except for action electric so how do I know they didn't do it just to charge me for something else and make extra money.
