I am writing a formal complaint on behalf of my friend Who is a current worker of Rescare. Multiple things have been brought to my attention such as Him being placed in a home that is supposed to be a two-man job, but he is working it alone due to understaffing which puts him and the patience at possible risk. Not to mention their landline had supposedly been out for a month before he had started working with them. This also has affected his pay, pushed back a week Due to the negligence of his hours not being documented properly because lack of communication options. When it was brought to someones attention it was dismissed with the promise of fixing it soon. This is causing him to have financial disruptions that can cost him his bills. I am very concerned about the lack of proper Communication options and system management.
