I booked a room at around 9:30 AM through my Wyndham App for $50 a night, almost $10 cheaper than most of the other hotels so I booked to save myself some money. I arrived at almost 1pm exactly to check into my room and the woman at the front desk asked to see my voucher. I dont know what kind of voucher she needed to see as I had never been asked for one before, I told her the room was booked through the app and that was the price I was given. She repeated and said that the only way for me to get the room for that price would be to provide some type of voucher, I pulled out my phone, logged back into the Wyndham app and clicked on the ********** again to show her that I could once again book the room for $50 once again. She stated that wasnt going to work that I needed to show her some type of voucher. No clue what she was asking for so I just left. *** used the Wyndham app for 4 years and have very rarely had any issues. Not 10 minutes after leaving the hotel I pull out the app again to check for another hotel and of course the price for a room at this particular hotel is $75 a night. I know how the price fluctuates throughout the day, everyday and changes constantly depending on what is going on in that particular area. I travel 90% of the time for work and just want to check in to a hotel without any issue if possible. Love using the app I booked the room for but severely disappointed in being turned away from a room I rightfully booked online using the same process I have for the last 4 years
